Tom was an exceptional, courteous, and knowledgeable technician. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the dryer within 20 minutes of his arrival. A homeowner can't ask for more than that and I would recommend him and Universe to anyone with an appliance problem. 05/02/19 |

This is a great team of professionals! Everyone arrived at the first hour to undertake a complicated and challenging AC installation. A team of six dedicated and skilled experts worked tirelessly through very difficult weather conditions in order to complete the job as promised and they did with flying colors! The work is top notch in every respect. They were very careful to set up the work areas and cleaned up thoroughly at the completion of the job. The units were expertly installed with no problems whatsoever and the aesthetics as well as functionality and technical accuracy of the overall installation was severely adhered to. All units were properly tested and maintenance and operating procedures were thoroughly discussed in order to derive the best, most efficient use. Every member of the team showed a great attitude and outstanding work ethic in the face of the torrential downpours they were subjected to. They are all a team of champions!! The phone representative was helpful and friendly.
Rob, the serviceman, was courteous and professional in handling the problem with my washing machine. The job was done quickly and he did not leave a mess after finishing. My only problem would be the cost which I thought was high, but I guess you have to pay a little more for excellent service. And there’s a one year warranty, so that gives me confidence. 04/21/19 |
