Thomas S. (TJ) is an incredibly skilled plumber with incredible work ethic. Our first issue we had to call Pink Plumber late in the evening on a weekend, it was a stubborn clog. He made sure it was fixed. In fact, he was here until about 2:00 am. When we had a similar problem a year and a half later, we were thrilled to get TJ back! The Pink Plumber technician Richard Q was Absolutely wonderful! As a single lady you never know how you’re going to be treated or who is going to come to your house, but Richard was an absolute gentleman who put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable and took care of my problem completely after explaining everything to me. I am so happy with the Pink Plumber and have told all of my friends and neighbors what a fabulous company they are. I called The Pink plumber to replace my hotwater heater with a tankless hotwater heater. They sent Fernando he explained my choices and how it worked. He did not start until I was clear on the process, the cost and the Item I was getting. When an additional problem occurred, he took the time to explain it how to fix it and the cost. They came back the next day to fix the second problem and again explained everything including the cost in words I could understand and gave me a fair price for two jobs well done.

Fernando is an expert plumber. I appreciate the fact that rather than doing a quick fix that would have resulted in a future expense, he made the recommendation to spend $1000 more than initially estimated to fix a water main issue.I understood that in order to meet code, the extra work needed to be done.
