After I had called three companies on a Sunday morning without success trying to get help for a leaking water heater that had flooded my garage, they quickly sent a tech out. The person who answered the phone was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Despite a lot of challenges, John never lost his temper or seemed frustrated. He tackled the job in a professional manner and used good problem-solving skills.

I was very pleased with the service and Mike. Can quickly on Sunday and fixed my problem. Honestly the only thing I was not pleased with was the price. We have our hot water heater break on a Saturday afternoon. I made a call and within the hour they had a technician at our home. It was fixed that same day. Definitely a good call. I had used to plumbing companies before this one of which came out once to give me an estimate but can never find time to come back out, and another that wanted to charge me $1,200 for a problem that the pink plumber fix for 150. The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and showed me what he was doing and let me know my total before completing the job. I wish I had called this company first! Joshua S.. Came out and was very Courteous and polite. He explained everything in detail and gave a price before he even started our plumbing project. He snaked the main sewer line and found a rag that the builders must have flushed down the toilet. He was able to remove the stuck rag and the sewer smell we had constantly smelling up our home. We got to talking about water purification systems, and Josh said if I wanted one we could get it installed the next day. So Josh came out the next day and installed a amazing Halo purification system. He was very accomadating with my prior schedule and worked around when I was able to be home. He did an amazing job putting the halo unit where I wanted it and routing the plumbing pipes tight against the wall. He patched the holes where he drilled through the stucko. He fixed a problem we didn't even know we had, the pitch of the main sewer line was angled wrong and water was sitting in the pipe. Josh dug a hole and fixed the pipe pitch and put rock under the pipe so this can never happen again. Josh is an all around amazing plumber who I would recommend to anyone. Joshua S. 04/14/18 |

I contacted several other Plumbing Companies before deciding on The Pink Plumber. My deciding factor was that, although they did charge a service fee, it was a lot more reasonable than the rest. I was able to get an appointment the very next day! The technician who came to my house was very professional and courteous. He explained what every thing would cost, up front, without being patronizing or condescending about it. Another thing he did, which I have not observed before, is that he had his helper remain in the vehicle until after I had made the decision to have the work done. I had Marat in my condo last Friday. He did an excellent job....of course, as most men, he described in great detail to me how the pipes work. I sort of said "just fix the problem", which he did speedily and accurately. I am pleased that my kitchen sink in now unclogged. We were impressed with Mike with previous work so we requested hike to help again! He helped to take out an old cast iron to help modernize our guest bathroom with a new shower. Once again Michael was reliable and on time. He consistently worked hard, knew just what to do and put in the new pipes as sell so we’ll be ready for tile work.
