William arrived punctually and immediately began assessing the task at hand. If you are looking for a consummate professional, Sunshine Plumbing and its CEO, William is the best choice. He is able to articulate in understandable terms what he is doing step by step and enjoys increasing the customers' knowledge base in order to respond to future situations they might encounter. He constantly cleans up as he works in order not to grind in dirt or grease in the work area where he is located. He is an honest, upfront individual that works quickly and allows you to make choices as to what you want to accomplish and what the cost will be, I was expecting to spend less than $125 for the toilet install but due to a cracked flange that involved a pipe removal & reinstall plus the new flange, the price was over $450. That meets a gold standard in my mind and Sunshine delivered the appropriate gold standard service. They provide superior plumbing expertise and I highly recommend Sunshine William F. 10/11/14 |

They did a very good job when installing our kitchen sink and disposal. They also hooked up the dishwasher and other plumbing needed. He was very professional and did a very good job. He also quoted me $150 to hook up my refrigerator water line for the ice maker, but at $150 I decided not to do it. We had a leaky faucet on the outside of the house. One on the front and one on the back of the house. It turned out better than expected. He was very honest and informed us that we probably only needed to fix the one in the front. The one in the back was under the deck. He gave us really good advice. He installed a new valve on the faucet on the front, and my husband said he did one of the best soldering jobs he had ever seen. The gentleman was stuck in traffic, but he called us and and let us know that he was going to be about 15 minutes late and we were prepared for that. Garrett called to let me know he was running late so that I could adjust my schedule. He had advised me on a previous visit to check the status of my current hot water heater that was 13 years old that I did not need a 65-gallon hot water heater; that I was spending too much money on heating all the water that was not necessary for a 2-full-bath home with only three residents.
