Have a funky furnace that's given us problems before. Called sunshine and were fortunate to get William, the owner and consummate professional. He spent most of the day trying to fix the problem and returned today promptly when the system continued to misbehave. He ended up comping a big part and half pricing a board which had failed after only a year in service. He is a fierce competitor who will not let your house lose. The best! After calling a popular Denver company first (I'll abbreviate as PL) and experiencing awful customer service (wanted to charge $59 to quote my job, which they waived after I said no thanks) I also called sunshine and they came out right away and quoted the job for free. My technician Jared was helpful and friendly and quoted me $1000 less than PS to run new AC condenser lines between my furnace and AC unit. He even drilled two extra 4" holes through my very tough exterior brick and wouldn't take any extra money for it. Would give 6 stars if possible. They also sent a greeting card as follow up offering discounts on future services with the owners head through a fake toilet. Love a company that doesn't take themselves too seriously. I called Sunshine for an emergency plumbing issue. We broke an outdoor faucet (...trying to fix it ourselves) and were unable to turn the water back on in the house with the broken faucet. William came out to help us within a few hours of my call on a Saturday! William was able to fix the faucet and even installed a new shut-off valve so that we can avoid the faucet freezing in the future. William was also nice enough to stay longer and fix another unrelated issue that we had with a pipe to the hot water heater. William was extremely knowledgeable and very polite (he took great care to protect the areas of the house where he was working). I also thought that the prices that William charged for his services were very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about Sunshine.
