I first retained William Frew and Sunshine to install a new condensing boiler in conjunction with a thermal solar system at a second home in Vail. The project was a big success as not only did it come in on budget and on time but we were able to see energy savings almost immediately by having an ability to run the hot water system in standby mode when the house was vacant. In fact I was so intrigued with the design that when it was time to replace a 30 year boiler in our house back in Denver I asked William if he would quote a similar, but larger system. Having had the experience over 5 years of a reliable and well serviced system gave me confidence that the Company was the right place to go. I interviewed several HVAC/plumbing outfits with good reputations in Denver and found that they were not generally interested in converting their business to the use of condensing boilers which are used extensively throughout Europe as they are more efficient. Since my installation in Denver, Sunshine has relocated to Denver and I can see they are on a successful growth curve of the business.
