I called Sunshine Plumbing this morning and was able to speak to someone without waiting. Made an appointment that worked for me on the same day. Rocky was my service person. Called promptly on time, showed up on time and presented himself very professionally. He worked up to estimates with the understanding that the first one was if everything went well and a secondary option if they did not. Rocky spent a considerable amount of time working the least expensive path and eventually was successful at the repair. I was pleased overall but there seemed to be a bit of miscommunication about a coupon and including the $29.00 service call fee as part of the price if I chose to have them do the service. Casey did an excellent job on the water softener installation and the faucet repairs to a bathroom sink. He was very knowledgeable on both plumbing and HVAC repairs and shared some tips on maintaining equipment. He was very careful and did not rush to complete the work even though he had to make two additional trips for specific parts. He cleaned up the work area much better than previous plumbers I have used. He was also a good salesman in that I purchased the annual plumbing and HVAC service program once he explained how the savings for these repairs would pay for the annual fee. My experience with Sunshine Plumbing was very positive. The technician, Casey, was very knowledgeable on both plumbing and HVAC issues. He provided me with some tips on keeping the equipment functioning properly. He performed the work I requested, water softener installation and sink faucet repair with care and efficiency. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do, the cost, and what I should on on followup. He had to make two trips for parts which put his behind schedule but he did not rush to complete his work. He cleaned up the work areas upon completion of the work, much better than my experience with previous plumbers. He was also a good salesman and convinced me to purchase the annual maintenance program for plumbing and HVAC once he explained the benefits of the program and how the reduced cost for services on this project would pay for the annual fee. Casey was very knowledgeable on both plumbing and HVAC issues. He thoroughly explained my options in terms of the water softener installation and repairs to the half bath sink. He was extremely careful while doing the install and the repairs - much different than many plumbers who don't always cleanup well after the job is complete. He was also a good salesman and once he explained the benefits of the annual service program for both plumbing and HVAC, I signed up for the program as the savings on the work essentially paid for the program. He had to make two extra trips to find the correct parts for the water softener install and then took his time to complete the project rather than rush through it as he was behind schedule. We bought a new AC and furnace system from Sunshine and the equipment was great, installation went okay, but our AC goals weren't really met until Jared came along. He's awesome! He fixed us up completely and we haven't had any issues since. Jared is the only person I'll be letting touch my AC from now on! I also had some water backing up in the basement and had Rocky come out to look at our water heater. He identified that our drain was the issue, cleaned it, flushed our water heater to make sure that the water heater itself is working properly, and we haven't had any issues since! The check was done quickly and efficiently and the technician (Jared) discovered that what I thought was a bad fan bearing was just a need for a small adjustment. Rocky replaced a leaking pipe that had soaked and destroyed some drywall in the ceiling. He had to cut another hole in the ceiling, but he made it as small as possible and suggested two ways to fix the ceiling. I was so happy with the professional service that Rocky( service Tech) provided. The plumbing issue has been going on for 3 years. The plumbers that I was using cost me thousands of dollars. I think I have replace every tap, toilet and most of my bathrooms plumbing. He showed up on time, figure out the problem and solution within the first 10 minutes of arriving.
