Sunshine Plumbing, Heating, and Air is the only business I will use to work on my plumbing and HVAC. They are timely, courteous, are great at troubleshooting problems, and honest. Rocky L. helped me with numerous plumbing problems we had in the house. We have had plumbing problems ever since we owned this home. I have dealt with numerous plumbing companies and contractors over the past 28 years. Sunshine is the only one I will use. Rocky was timely, honest, did not try to sell me something I did not need, and fixed everything. He was thorough and made sure he had permission from me to do the work needed ahead of time. We had such a great experience with Sunshine and Jared. We needed both swamp cooler summer preparation and AC servicing. Although we scheduled the swamp cooler appointment, the AC issue was a surprise and Jared committed to trying to service both if time allowed. After requesting a specific technician who worked on my house before and waiting per two weeks for an appointment, I was dissapointed to find out that tech no longer worked for the company and no one mentioned it when I scheduled. Was then given a quote for a job the tech said would require two people for an hour or two that was $1650. Which I should note is $300 more than redoing my entire Hvac duct system cost me. I called toget clarification and was told I would need to speak with the owner who was out of the office and he would call me Monday. He never called. 06/29/15 |

William and his highly trained team identified my natural gas problem, one that had eluded other two other teams. I had too much gas pressure from a outside faulty regulator. They quickly went about replacing the inside regulator valves on all my gas appliances, a task that took them all over the state to obtain parts, which they did quickly, competently and efficiently. Sunshine Plumbing Heating Air ROCKS! The hottest day of the month, our air conditioner decides to stop working. Hubby thinks he can fix it (bless his heart) so I give him a couple days to get 'er done. After what I considered to be a sufficiently respectful amount of time, I suggest we try a professional. I emailed Sunshine and although they were swamped with appointments, they were able to squeeze us in. I chose Sunshine because of their reputation in the community. I knew that regardless of what was wrong, I would get an honest and ethical diagnosis and they would be fair in their pricing. Dimitri showed up right on time and was very polite - even put shoe booties on when entering the house! He got right to work investigating the problem. After determining it was not an electrical issue (yay!) he was able to diagnose the problem with the AC and the furnace. A bare wire outside had caused a short and blew a transformer in the system. Lo and behold, he had the exact part we needed in his truck so he could fix it right away! He was very knowledgeable and explained a lot about our system and ways we could improve our energy efficiency. I am so impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. One very happy customer here! Well, two actually ... Excellent service!! Rocky is a real pro, as is the case with this compony, he was early by a few hours and was abel to fix some rather serious leaks in my basement. I've used this compony before in the past and every time they have been, on time or early, are clean and cordial, thorough with there work, and very knowledgeable at what they do. Their prices are fair in my opinion, you get what you pay for I've found when it comes to these service men and women and or contractors, Sunshine Plumbing is a prime example of this, they're professionals and do stellar work to say the least. I loved every minute of my experience with Sunshine. They called the day before to confirm the appointment time and were there at the appointed time. Jared, the project manager was fabulous, I couldn't have asked for more.
Jake and Daniel, the installers could not have been better. They showed up on time, were professional, courteous, perfectionists. There were times I suggested shorter ways to do something and Jake would say, "Yes, that would be easier, but this way is better and we're doing it the right way, not the easy way." That's what pride in workmanship is all about.
I've already recommended these guys to seven of my friends and family. would recommend these guys to anyone. If you're smart, you'll call Sunshine. Ask for Jared, Jake and Daniel.

As usual the Sunshine team came through in a pinch. Fathers day of all days I called William and he picked up right away. He dropped everything and came over to assist. What is really amazing is William has that unique ability to bring calm to a bad situation. No one likes having to call a plumber but when you call Sunshine you get the best service around. He guided me through the issues at hand and fixed the problem on the spot. This company also has so many relationships built in the area the they recommended someone to extract the water that had messed up my carpet and also someone to follow up on the small details that were left to be done. A shout out for Sunshine Plumbing, Heating and Air. We had a leak in our master bathroom tub. I called and requested William. William showed up on time and was very professional. In reviewing the situation with me, he found our overflow valve had not been tightened by the builder so water was leaking between our tub and wall. Which formed a stain in our garage. He tightened the pipe and also recommended a company to take care of our drywall issues in our garage.
