5 starClayton was super helpful! He came out and gave me his honest opinion on a toilet issue I was having. I am sure he could have talked me into spending a ton of money fixing I problem I thought I had. He told me that what I saw wasn't a big deal and he wished me a good day.

I'm completely pleased with William (the owner) and his company's work. It only took a day or two to get an estimate (which was several hundred dollars less than my first estimate). Communication from the company's office was excellent (Sandy). William showed up on time, and he and his co-worker finished the job in one day. I've had interactions with four plumbers from this company, all of whom have been excellent. Their price seemed reasonable for the work involved, and the workmanship was perfect. I hired this company to provide water supply for a basement bathroom, and to install a shower pan and drain. Got an estimate within a day or two, and it was several hundred dollars less than my first estimate from another company. Communication and scheduling with the office (Sandy) went smoothly. William, the owner, did the work. He showed up on time, took care to protect the basement carpet with plastic film, did a superb job, showed great professionalism and courtesy, and left the work area very clean. Casey arrived and was professional, quick, and EXTREMELY helpful. He discovered where the water from the ceiling was coming from and quickly re-caulked the bathroom faucet above. He tested and confirmed that his findings were correct, changed a shower head to ensure additional leaking wasn't coming from the shower head, and even fixed the "running" toilet in the same bathroom. When I thanked him he showed me how to check and fix the running toilet problem if it happens in the future. My shower control lever thingey died on me and I was having to wrestle it to turn the water off. I had looked up plumbers on Angie's List for a previous issue and Sunshine Plumbing Heating Air was highly reviewed so I called them for help first thing that morning. They were so courteous and friendly on the phone, and they scheduled Clayton to come to my home that afternoon between 3 and 5. I was expecting the old "cable guy" service responsiveness and was prepared to see him show up at 5:30, but he called just before 3:00 to say he was on his way! He was so polite and friendly when he arrived, and he put booties on his shoes before he stepped into my home (protecting my wooden floors from whatever he'd been walking around in before).
He quickly assessed the situation with my shower valve (it needed a new cartridge), created an estimate on his tablet, and got busy fixing it immediately. He had to go to a plumbing supply store to get the correct cartridge, and he called me from the store to let me know he was on his way back. I appreciated being kept informed of his progress as he worked - it drives me nuts when a contractor disappears in the middle of a job and never tells me when they might be back to finish it so I can't make any plans.
During all this plumbing work, my cell phone fritzed out as well (it was a bad mojo day for me, apparently) and I needed to run to the phone store to get it fixed. I had written notes to my condo neighbors explaining why the main water line was temporarily turned off, and I intended to put them on their doors when I left for the phone store but being somewhat frazzled, I forgot. Well, Clayton saw that and HE put the notes on their doors as he left to get the new cartridge.
He finished the job in a timely manner and explained some of the issues to me with the repair. I was just very impressed with his professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and thoroughness, and highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing Heating Air if you're ever in need of a good plumber.
