Kasey from Sunset Air was very excellent at spending the time finding the Freon leak in our a/c unit, which was in the very very hot attic, and Melanie handled the service coordination quickly and professionally. At the start of my service Call for my 11-year-old system the service technician Greg did all he could but found that my system just wasn’t able to be saved. He gave me many options for a new system and helped me make the correct decision not based on the company making a big profit but by helping me decide what I actually needed. The installation team that installed my new air-conditioning system was very professional and efficient. They took their time to do the job right and I very much appreciate it they did not take offense to me asking stupid questions and gave me a very understandable answers. The ladies in the office are also very professional and can walk you through any problem you have with financing or any other question. I highly recommend Sunset Air. I have had Sunset Air & Home Services for 4 years now. I have found them and Tyler E to be consistently honest, on time and always going the extra mile to help me with my AC needs. Even when I needed them on a weekend they were there within an hour. Tyler E was very nice, very considerate of my home and had knowledgeable answers to all my questions. Love this company! We had two completely new AC systems installed at our house, and all of the staff have been professional, courteous and helpful. Both systems are running very well. Tyler E. was prompt, briefly discussed what we had for an A/C problem, examined the outside and inside A/C functions, and then proceeded to complete the maintenance. He completed the work in short time, explained what he had done to put the A/C back to operation, and provided us a statement of the maintenance. He was cleanly dressed and did not track anything on our floors.
