The company service was actually A1 rating in my book from the receptionist to the service technician. This company and their personnel are honest and their troubleshooting skills cannot be beat. Their prices are very reasonable and I will definitely keep them in mind when I need more help with my AC unit.

Wow. I was just blown away by the excellent professional experience with Standard Plumbing and James White. My first contact was with Renee in the office. She was extremely friendly and, realizing how urgent my AC needs were, scheduled me for the next morning. Then it even got better when James came out on time and fixed my issue promptly. He explained what he did and he gave me tips to maintain my AC System. His professionalism is second to none. Thank you James. Our AC went out on July 4th, amidst 100+ heat index. David was here within an hour of contacting him (he was on a previous job). Fixed the AC in ~10 min or less. Was very friendly, professional. The representative was polite. But he did not have a mask on when he came to the door. I had to ask him to please put on a mask before he entered our home. He went to the truck and got a mask. Please require all workers to wear a mask when they are in someone's house. This shows that your company cares about your customers' health. On 13 June, a Saturday, our A/C went out in the middle of a very warm day. Called Standard and left a message and within a few minutes Dave had called me back and tried to help fix the problem over the phone. When that didn't work, I called him back and in less than an hour he arrived. Fixed the problem quickly and our A/C was up and running again. Also, made sure the repair was run through our warranty so we may not be charged. Dave has done numerous A/C and heater checks for us in the past and always provides great service. Came out checked the furnace said it would be six hundred to fix and y'all needed to order parts. Two weeks went by and you called to confirm the service appointment. Two mins before agreed service time I received a phone call starting that you didn't have the parts. After i missed work to be here for service. I was never called back again.
