Excellent experience with Standard from the lady that answered my call to the service technician. My technician spent over an hour inspecting the air conditioner in the house we are purchasing. He changed the filter and cleaned the outside unit. He gave us all the information we needed to feel good about the purchase of this house. Call literally any one else.
I waited a week for a technician to come see to my AC and they show up an hour and a half early, dont call, dont announce themselves and leave. Then when I call to see why I have an email congratulating me on how good a job they did, I get a snotty lady telling me I have the privilege of waiting another two weeks because " we're really busy right now". Another exceptional day of service provided by Standard Plumbing Heating and Air. My technician today was Jerrod Warren.. They never disappoint, regardless of the service needed. Today it was a new faucet install and a/c service and maintenance. Standard has a way of always making even things that appear to be in good working order, even better and more efficient. Last month I had sewer backup issues. They came to the rescue as always. I know whatever is ahead they will tackle it in their dependable and reliable way, of efficiency and outstanding service. I value them greatly. You can always count on a pleasant, knowledgeable and professional person- from whoever you speak to on the phone to whoever comes to the door.
