Very disappointed in our duct cleaning job yesterday. They did not cover the register openings and when they began cleaning the return air trunk line dirt fogged out into the rooms. What a mess !!! This could have been avoided by simply covering the vent openings as is proper procedure per the National Air Duct Cleaners Association. I called the office to let them know about this problem and I was told I would be called back. That did not happen. I would not recommend Standard Plumbing for this service. Jim R. 04/07/22 |

The options was explained by David to fix the leak that was in the shower.. What was decided, he performed the service in a very timely matter.
