I tried to log into the ReviewBuzz application only to find the system would not recognize my email. I went to Live Chat and Freddy promptly assisted me even when I did not apparently succeed in posting the review I had provided. I am new to their services but I love how easy they have made it to get reviews. They walked me through in baby steps (which I needed) to help me get everything up and running. I love the fact they keep calling me back and reviewing various options on the website. ReviewBuzz has been a great help to us with managing our reviews. We went from 1-2 reviews every month to 10 a week within the first week! It is very easy to use, our technicians love the recognition and are now a lot more confident in asking our customers to leave reviews. Melanie L. has also been a huge help! She explained everything thoroughly, made sure I knew how to use the dashboard and all the features, she has stayed in contact throughout the entire process, and has answered any questions I've had along the way.
