I cant begin to say how RAD ReviewBuzz has been. So far, I have received help and guidance online via chat with Marvin! I always end up with Marvin and I cant really complain. He's pretty helpful. The only thing that he couldn't do for us was bring us Lunch! (lol)

One of the easiest and simplified ways to generate and receive online reviews consistently out there. I have worked with other forms of review generation and this is one of the easiest to use that generates the reviews you want and where you want them. Jon and Kimberly were very helpful and had great follow up. I guess we would love to use ReviewBuzz more often but it has been difficult getting email addresses from our customers. Mary was our on boarding specialist. To back things up, RB is one of many companies that we use on our day to day business. SEO, Google PPC, Service Titan, Yelp, Angies List, etc etc. RB and Mary and my rep that sold me (I can't remember his name) are by far the most professional B to B out there, period. From start to finish they made the on boarding process simple easy and fun. My entire company is excited about this process, and that says a lot, they usually gripe about "new systems". They are checking and tracking their reviews, excited about rewards and handing out buzz cards. I have never been excited about spending money with my company and the the team at RB has me that way. Mary especially has made it fun, entertaining and is extremely professional. Thanks for taking care of us, we are 15 days in and you'll have a client for life.
