We signed up for Review Buzz last Spring! The start-up period was fine, however, we ran into staffing issues and last year we were just too busy to even focus on this component of the business. So when our trainer called for a check-up I told him what was happening and he said no worries we'll put your account on hold and you tell us when you want to come back. I was so appreciative of this!!! Then I got busy and accounting was not aware of this so the kept billing us! Which whatever so when slow season came around we emailed in to cancel and someone said they would be in touch... It's now January 1st, 2022 and I had to cancel my credit card because the emails and requests to cancel were not being processed! Super disappointed that we pay $300 a month for nothing and no service! Mike M. 01/03/22 |

The first thing I must say about this company is they are great at what they do in all ways! To my surprise yesterday when the same service tech; it was the same person that did work for me in 2016 fast-forward to 2019 and wow! He had the same smiling face with a personal touch of care for his customers he is serving; his professionalism, knowledge to educate a person on any questions needed for safety or now to do was off the chart. He actually cares for them going well above customer service leaving them well assured; from start to finish. The company also keep me informed with a personal touch in time management, this was a surprise and help me go throughout my day at home. How one would not think that a needed service would or could make someone day!! They Did! I am very pleased with the services I received completing my new and only bathroom in my house. All the staff persons from the business finance to each individual technicians they listened to my needs and desires through out the entire process, as I added and made changes. They made You feel you were the boss of the project with great respect plus any issue that arose was taken care of right away you did not have to wait or was given any excuses, they took care of it no matter how small or big. I am very happy with the service and respect I was given through out the completion of my bathroom project.
