We are new client using Review Buzz for approx 3 wks now. I have been provided a dedicated success coach, Kimberly Huynh. Kimberly has been awesome to work with in going through the process of learning and using the program. She has been very helpful and encouraging. I have been provided a great number of resources for guidance, follows up and answers any questions I may have. I meet Nick at a dealer convention at the end of January. After his presentation I knew that Review Buzz would be great for our company. Within a few weeks I contacted his team and we got started. It's only been about a month, but we have received 8 reviews from our customers so far with many more to come. I am very happy with the results. The platform is very easy to use and initiate. My customers love the process of seeing the introduction email of my service tech and/or installers who will be on the job. Then seeing an email at the end of job asking for feedback. ReviewBuzz is a must for anyone in the service industry.
What do you like best?
Super easy steps for a happy customer to leave a review or steer them towards a feedback survey if they had a bad experience. Customer support and on-boarding team have been great to work with. The team is excited about the incentive program, something you've thought about doing for years but now have the ability through ReviewBuzz.
What do you dislike?
The office interface seems a bit outdated, but they're constantly making improvements. What matters most is what the customer sees, which makes up for the admin side.
What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?
Reviews have always slowly trickled in from customers but always struggled with following up on every service call to ask for feedback. ReviewBuzz integrates with our dispatching software, FieldEdge, and the process all happens behind the scenes.
