I can not say enough about Ashley. The company I work for uses ReviewBuzz. I was assigned a task to complete. I tried several times and contacted Ashley several times concerning my issue. I was pretty sure it was user error and it was. In spite of that every time I contacted Ashley she was prompt, efficient and professional and polite. Not once did she talk down to me or make me feel inferior or incompetent. I was truly reminded of what customer service used to be. ReviewBuzz gets your team to actively talk about reviews and allows business owners to promote that culture. With their integration in Service Titan and the ease of use to do everything it was an easy decision for me to invest in them for my business. Specifically Ashley has always taken the time to listen to my questions and get me answers. Having her as a point of contact through the process made the setup part simple.
