Laura C couldn't have been more helpful! She helped one of my managers make a change to our profile that he couldn't figure out. She was easy to deal with and went above and beyond. The service was fantastic! Laura went above and beyond to help me address the problem that I was having. She even went so far as to improve my entire situation with review buzz by making navigating through our accounts extremely easy. Laura is a rock star associate and she deserves to be acknowledged for her superior customer service skills. I am a technician so my job does not require me to be very tech savvy, so as yuocan imagine I need help with the software. Laura was very professional and helpful with my questions. It really doesn't get any better than Laura, as far as account management. Any and every question I had she was able to answer, even when I was having technical issues (user errors), she was there to walk me through it. Laura C. at ReviewBuzz is always so quick to answer any of my questions and solve any problems I have. For example, just yesterday I realized I was having an issue in Dashboard, immediately I called and told Laura about the trouble I was having, she promised to have the issue resolved by the end of the day, and within a couple hours, problem solved! Rich at reviewbuzz contacted me and seems to be sincere that he will contact SW Engines and see whats up with them deleting posts. I will update once Rich gets back to me with a resolution but at the moment they have redeemed themselves. Thanks Rich. So I was contacted by SW Engines consultant an was assured my refund will be issued today and all the reviews on reviewbuzz.com are real and legit clients. I was not able to use the website and Laura walked me through it and she showed me what to to. I found her cheery, very informed very helpful not rude in any way and the whole experience of speaking with her was very pleasant. I wish all the customer support people were HALF! as good as her.
