Completely blown away by the product they offer and even more with their customer service. The training program they have is seamless and it is so easy to understand and get going with it right away! I started out with the 30-day free trial, but quickly realized ReviewBuzz was going to be a long time relationship and quickly took advantage of a one year agreement. Nick D. was incredibly informative. He walked us through the whole process and was straightforward about what we were getting into. After considering several review companies, we decided to endorse Review Buzz as our recommended review vendor with our dealer network and partner with them to train our dealers on the importance of reviews and cultivating a work environment that creates happy employees, therefore happy customers. Last week, Mike and Joni conducted training at several of our branches educating over 100 people on the importance of reviews. The results were outstanding and the majority of attendees were ready to onboard with the Review Buzz program after hearing them speak.
They did a fantastic job with the training, creating an interactive environment that kept the attendees engaged. I thought presentation was very drawn out. Totally felt like you were treated like a child. Very much wished they would have gotten to the point earlier. There might be tech support staff as good as the reviewbuzz team, but definitely none better.
