I couldn't have asked for better service! My heat went out over the weekend. I called Reliable Monday morning, and before the end of the day, Chris came out and determined the problem. I needed a part he didn't have in his truck. The next day, as scheduled and promised, Cleatus brought the part the next day and quickly installed it. As good as the service was, I wasn't surprised! Both men have been to my house before for the twice a year cleaning and check-up (which I certainly recommend) and I have learned that they are both highly professional and skilled. They were fantastic while installing our system a few years ago (such as wearing special shoe covers to keep our floors clean) and they continue to be fantastic. Recently received a reminder to schedule our service at no charge (who contacts you to remind you they are going to spend money providing something at no charge). Cleatus was our technician. Very nice demeanor. Introduced himself and I showed him the 2 furnaces he was going to check. After completing his tasks my wife and myself asked him about his family. He was polite and was interested in sharing about his family. He then spoke about the different payment plans and following that he presented the bill and received a check. He was kind and friendly. Teddy had to return after a few days because the compressor on our AC stopped working again-as he said it might be the first time, the thermostat was the problem-he almost replaced it the first time, but when he saw the capacitor was "open", and replacing that fixed the problem. 09/18/15 |
