He came out to the house we are renting and worked all day to get old and tired units up and running. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. We were out of town for a week and when we returned home on a Saturday afternoon the air conditioner was not working and it was close to 90F in the house. Called one company and they could make it until Monday. We then called Reliable and they said they could be there in less than 45 minutes. It him about 30 minutes to get there and about 20 minutes for him to figure out the problem and get the unit running again. Great service! I had Teddy come out to troubleshoot the install of a new generator for my house. He was fast, really friendly, no bull and didn't try to hit me with some service that I didn't need. One really important thing (in my opinion), he called yesterday to confirm that he was coming out this morning. Then, early this morning, he called to let me know that the job prior to mine was taking a little longer than expected and he'd be out around noon. He was here around noon! I can appreciate that stuff happens and a service person can be delayed. All I ask is that you call and let me know. He called! I WILL use Reliable again. Cleatus G. 08/13/15 |

Mike came out to do our yearly service and did a great job. He was exceptionally friendly. I had a pack of dogs here at the time, and he was very patient and kind to them.

Our 25 year old A/C died. A technician showed up on a Saturday to assess the situation. The unit could not be repaired. On the following Tuesday, Reliable did an excellent job installing a new system part of which was in our attic in extremely hot conditions. They had the entire system replaced in 8 hours. Our AC stopped blowing cold air Wednesday afternoon, and it was UNBEARABLE inside our house! The temp reached almost 90 degrees inside and we were so miserable! And to make matters worse, we are trying to sell our house and we had a showing this morning! We called Reliable 1st thing Thursday morning, and they were there that same day!
