Once again Reliable H & AC provides prompt and courteous service at a reasonable charge. The appointment was made quickly for only two days later. The Tech, Teddy S. called to let me know when to expect him and arrived within that period of time. Teddy was efficient in his inspection, testing and cleaning of the system. I was worried for a while after he was gone left over water was coming out and I didn't think the problem was fixed but after that it was fine. I posted on Facebook that I was extremely pleased with the Reliable service...as usual! We have been with Reliable for 23 years; our 17 year old unit went out on Thursday. We were facing a weekend without air conditioning, and Reliable came to the rescue. They made sure we had 2 excellent technicians on site on Friday to install our new unit. Eric performed the semi-annual maintenance on our unit, and, as usual was very friendly, on time and courteous. He is the same young man who discovered that we had a plumbing
issue under our home and called attention to it at the prior checkup. We've always had
excellent service from Reliable, including major modification to our home's duct work and
the installation of a new, dual fuel unit a few years ago. Great job, Reliable. Excellent
technicians makes your work seem easy.

It is never a great time to start off summer with your air not working properly, but Reliable made the experience a lot more bearable. Our service tech was Teddy S and he was fantastic. He told us our problem and laid out all the options for fixing it. Teddy was very professional and made my wife and I feel very comfortable with the situation.
