We appreciated the fact that Cameron came promptly (it was 18 degrees outside and we had no heat) and was so persistent in finding the problem. First, this company was quick to address my problem .... even at 6/7 p.m. on a miserable night. ******* was polite, engaging and went straight to work to correct the issue. Billy C came out to service our generator. We have a service contract with Reliable for twice a year. They called and reminded us we were due -- as we had forgotten to schedule. Billy arrived, did the inspection and service, getting the generator to run even smoother, cleaned up, came with a written evaluation of the generator -- all with an extremely friendly and professional manner.
