Chris has been servicing my heat pump for years. He has been and continues to be very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He is a credit for Reliable. I have been a customer of Reliable Heating and Air for perhaps 15 years. The company gives excellent service and deals fairly.
Tyler B. was my last service technician. Of the many years that I have been a customer of Reliable and the many good service agents, I have never had one with as high degree of excellence in every way than Tyler. The spring and fall cleaning & service agreement works very well and now includes an email reminder, easy scheduling process and emailed record of services. The technician was professional, on-time and thorough. I would highly recommend this company. 04/20/16 |

I called Reliable to install hvac for the 2nd floor of my home 18 years ago. Well after 18 years that old Carrier system gave up the ghost. So I called Reliable again. They had the new unit up and running the next day, a Maytag this time. The two service techs Jeff and Gary arrived on time, introduced themselves, chatted us up a bit, put us at ease, responded to our few questions then did the job expertly without a mess. The new system works great. I'm happy with the new Maytag and with Reliable. The man came when he said he would and was very nice. He fixed my unit. But later that evening it quit working and I called Reliable again and the same guy came back when he said he would and replaced the part. We haven't any more problems. I've always been very happy with Reliable's installation, maintenance and duct cleaning services, but this last time they really went above and beyond to get my AC fixed the same day! The loud noise was caused by a broken fan blade. I was told they would probably have to order the part, but Scott called soon after the technician left to say they could pick up the part from their distributor and return to put it on that day! Reliable has always done an excellent job. I have used them for years because I know I can trust them. They don't charge me for things I don't need like some companies do. Because the first HVAC I purchased from Reliable lasted 20 years, and because their service has always been exemplary, I purchased a second system in 2015. Last evening about 4:45, my house felt cold. By 5:45, Cameron had arrived and accessed the situation. He provided a quick fix and in less than 24 hours the permanent repair was complete. Very professional, have used them for several years now, their service people are knowledgeable and they are always here when they say they will be. It's been a pleasure working with a company that does business the way they do. They always tell me how much the work is going to cost before they start, unlike some of the others. We have been with Reliable for a number of years. We replaced our old unit with one and purchased a 10 year warranty. We are very satisfied with unit and service.
