Reliable certainly describes the efficient operation of the company. I phoned on a Monday for a Friday appointment and was told by the friendly receptionist that I would receive a phone call from the service tech between noon and 5 PM on Friday. The call came as promised, and the friendly service technician, Jonathan, arrived as scheduled. His inspection and service was thorough and excellent, at a more than reasonable cost. Jack and team did a wonderful job installing our new Maytag equipment. The guys were all friendly and professional, and had a good time with each other while installing the equipment. The installation area was quite tight and was done in one day except for the humidifier. They cleaned up the area at made sure the whole system was fully functional before departing. Great Job!
