John came out to just snake a clogged kitchen sink. The snaking revealed an issue with the Galvanized pipe and it started leaking. John had to cut out the ceiling and replace about 5 feet of galvanized pipe. Mark is the supervisor. He came after the ceiling was cut out to verify the John's findings. He had some suggestions, but did eventually verify John's findings. He offered some suggestions about what to do after the pipe was cut. What a great company. I called last night and he was here on Sunday morning. The job was too much for me but Chad made it so easy. Quite a gentleman and very efficient worker. Adam and Tim both explained the options very well, on an issue that has caused repeated drain problems even after several earlier attempts by other companies to resolve the problem. Although we are facing an expensive fix, I appreciate that they clearly explained the problem and the options, and gave me time to think it over and decide. Somewhat disappointed. My initial contact was March 2016. For that service call it was a layer of service men. But what really bothered me was the fact the needed equipment was sent with the first worker which meant I had to wait. Then in March of 2017 the same thing happened only it took a whole of waiting for the original appt. Appoint was 8 AM but never got serviced until 5:30. Supposedly again because the equipment was not available. The service agent did tell me I had a real problem . Asked how quickly I should resolve it. He said sooner rather later. However the next morning it was a real water emergency needing immediate service. Asked him to send me an estimate but never saw that either. Certainly appears to me

Very satisfied with all the work done at my house. Had new sump pump, water heater, and drainage pipes from basement to the street drain installed in the ground. I give Mr Rooter an A+ for service. Quick to come out, advise, and do the job. Cost was in the price range noted on Safari for type of work done. Everyone so nice and Adam came out to give me estimates on the work and advise me on what needed done. I recently had to have a hot water tank replaced.. Mr Rooter installed the tank on the same day that I called, however I was not at home. When I returned, I noticed that a shut off valve was installed in the wrong place as well as several other questions. When contacted, Mr Rooter responded with Both Mark and Tim S**** who determined that the wrong tank was installed. They immediately started the ball rolling to install the right tank.. Tim S**** was the installer. VERY polite and knowledgeable. Change out went fairly quick and Tim performed an outstanding job.
