We were ecstatic with the work Audie R*** and Martin S**** performed at our residence. They committed hours to clear a particularly stubborn clog in our drainage system at no additional hourly cost. Both gentlemen were personable, thorough, and quite knowledgeable about plumbing repair. Mr. Rooter will definitely be our business of choice for future plumbing needs. Very pleased with the work of Eric F**** in replacing a leaking kitchen faucet. What I thought would be a difficult job to either fix or replace, was not. Leak and rust on existing product precluded repair. So F**** located a similar product available and in stock at a nearby Home Depot. While we drove over to purchase a replacement faucet, F**** commenced removing the old one. By the time we got back, he had the old faucet completely removed, and the necessary drain piping disconnected to work easier. Installation of new faucet took little time as he has had much experience with plumbing jobs of all kinds. Today we had Martin and Domiyc (who isn't currently on the review site list to select his name, come on guys) from Mr. Rooter come to our residence to give us an estimate on a job. We had waste water and sewage backing up through a drain in out house. They weren't the cheapest estimate for the job, but they were definitely the best choice. They explained my options to me in detail, answered all my questions, even walked me out to the truck and showed me the equipment and explained how each worked and how the choices would work for our situation. This was all before I made the decision to use their services.
Our issue turned out to be much greater than we expected going in, but these gentlemen helped us as much as they possibly could with clearing everything out. We found out that we have a huge repair job ahead of us replacing part of our sewer line. We couldn't start that job today, but they got our sewer line running again for the price they quoted us at the beginning.
These men are my heroes today.

We had a clogged kitchen drain pipe in our older home, built in 1952 and Eric Fritz was our tech. He wasn't able to snake the pipe because of the angle of the original bends. He wound up having to replace the pipes which were in a very tight and hard to get to area under the sink. He explained the problem and solution in a clearly and easy to understand way. He made the necessary repairs, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up afterwards. He was polite, courteous, and professional and we are very pleased with the entire experience. Bradley Nuesmeyer spent the better part of two days at my Dublin Ohio home replacing multiple faucets, multiple valves and multiple osmosis filtration connections/fittings.
He had to unwind several mistakes made by prior owner of my new home.

Brad N. demonstrated outstanding technical knowledge and delivered exceptional customer service during a residential water heater replacement in May 2018. My old water started to have serious problems. Based on numerous positive customer reviews of the company, I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Columbus, and Brad arrived within hours of my call. He identified and explained the specific failure points in my existing system; explained the features and benefits of the various replacement options (including a discussion of tankless, on-demand systems); answered all my questions; explained his recommended solution; identified a suitable replacement unit; fully explained the cost of the replacement tank and the labor to install it; confirmed my consent to the equipment and its cost; and scheduled installation of the new tank for the next day. The following morning Brad arrived exactly at the scheduled time, and was at work removing the old heater within a matter of minutes. He installed the replacement tank; made double sure that all the gas and plumbing connections were cleanly installed and tightly fitted; then completely cleaned up the work space, wiped down the tank and all fittings, and hauled the old tank off to the scrap yard. He was in and out in three hours. Brad was unfailingly polite and personable during the entire time he was in my home, and his demeanor and professionalism were exemplary. I highly recommend Brad for his professionalism and technical knowledge, and I recommend Mr. Rooter as a company - the level of customer responsiveness this franchise demonstrated throughout the transaction is evidence that they really wanted to EARN my business. John came out to just snake a clogged kitchen sink. The snaking revealed an issue with the Galvanized pipe and it started leaking. John had to cut out the ceiling and replace about 5 feet of galvanized pipe. Mark is the supervisor. He came after the ceiling was cut out to verify the John's findings. He had some suggestions, but did eventually verify John's findings. He offered some suggestions about what to do after the pipe was cut. We just had Bradley Nuesmeyer do a job for us this morning. He was just wonderful! Checked out the problem carefully, and gave us our price. We were happy with the cost and then let him to do the job. He was very friendly, polite and knew what he was doing. We highly recommend this Company and Bradley! Just had the best 1st time visit with Mr. Rooter. Bradley was my field agent and came the same day, on time and he stayed to get the job done. Was super impressed with his professional and dedication to the task. The problem was bigger than I imagined, but he stayed and went over and above to get the issue fixed. I was charged 200 dollars and was unhappy with experience. Two visits (1st day Dan said "No charge for this visit.) Next day more drywall cut up- suggested get some caulk! Yet found leak , but 200 dollars? Mr. Rooter, maybee never again. 04/04/18 |

Bradley and the new employee Fritz, he was training, fixed my leaking toilet. The tank bolts needed new washers and the flush valve assembly had to be replaced. He didn't have the part but purchased it at the local hardware store. The job was completed quickly. The repair was reviewed with me. The bathroom was left clean and all trash removed. After several minute's into the job I wondered if I had called the wrong company. The tech. committed that the equipment he needed was broke down. Why send someone without the proper equipment. I thought he was a super great guy, informed me throughly "step-by-step as to what he was going to do.. He let me know when he had to leave, where he was going and why...
I have already recommended him to a coworker friend of mine, who has a plumbing water leak issue.... He gets 5star and a" salute "..... Your company should be rewarding your employees with perks... Like a gas card or have a pizza day catered in or gift card to favorite restaurants..etc. If it weren't for your knowledgeable staff and how hard they work, there'd be no Mr. Rooter... Mr. Rooter Plumbing is an excellent company. Bradley N. was the plumber that came to my property on Tuesday, March 7th. He assessed the drain in the basement which was terrible because of backed up sewage. He explained all my options in a very understandable way.
