The plumber never showed. I called days in advance and set it up for Wed. (Sept. 12) between 3-5:00pm. I did get a few calls saying that they were running late and I said no problem, show up when you can. At 5:45pm I was told that I was next. Never got a call, no one ever showed. Very disappointing. Brad, from Mr Rooter - Columbus, did a terrific job. The office staff contacted me about 30 minutes prior to his arrival and Brad arrived on time and ready to solve my plumbing problems. I needed my washer and dryer hooked up(we just moved in), and I needed to figure out why we didn’t have any hot water.
He promptly diagnosed the problem with water heater. Brad thoroughly walked me through exactly what was wrong, and what needed to be done to remediate the situation. He provided me with a breakdown of the cost of the repairs, and once I signed off on okaying the repairs, he made quick work of a very complicated repair situation.
This is the second time I’ve used Mr. Rooter for my plumbing problems, and I couldn’t be happier as a customer! They are very good at their job, extremely profess, and charge a fair price for outstanding work. Bradley N. 09/13/18 |

I recently had some plumbing work done by Audie. He arrived on time, was personable, and took time to discuss what work might need to be done before starting anything. He told me that he would choose the most economical option first and then proceed from there. Audie was able to clear the drain without having to snake it. When my mother's sewer line clogged with tree roots, Jay M. came out the same evening to assess. He was very thorough and professional, explained every step of the process, and showed us the camera footage of the attempted cleanout. First, your tech/service person could show up on the date/time guaranteed. Then, when he doesn't show, you could not tell me that he called (when he didn't) or knock (when he didn't.) . Then the following day (day 4 of no hot water on a tank you installed in Aug 18), it would be great if the "field supervisor" and other "lead" would show up with the right parts. As if it were a mystery to what parts might be needed. So, now on day 5? I thinking HUGE FAIL. HUGE FAIL. See you tomorrow, hope that you can get the job done finally and what really kills me... is that Mr. Rooter still wants me to pay for labor. Hmmm... you're incompetent and sell a sub-par water heater, show up (a day after you were supposed and with a lame and false excuse) and then say "well, we can't waive the labor. Well then maybe you should sell better equipment and follow-up appropriately.

Our well water pump stopped working, leaving us completely without water. Jay Miller came out, assessed the situation and upon realizing the depth of our well (450 feet) immediately called for reinforcements. Jay, Mark and another fellow who's name we didn't catch worked into the evening and next morning to get our well up and running. We do appreciated their professionalism and considering the tremendous amount of work they did, the cost was very reasonable. we have used mr rooter for several jobs at our home. As always their plumbers are the best, but Eric F went above and beyond what we ever expected. Not only did he clean up after the job was done, he also educated us on how to prevent future problems. He did an amazing job fixing our problem with pipe repair and installing a new toilet and replaced the flooring that had received much damage due to the leaking toilet and rusting pipe. He was amazing!!! If I could give more than a 5 star rating to both a person and a company This one and their sister company Mr. Electric would definitely get it. I called in for service in the am on 8/8/18, and they had me on the schedule for the same afternoon. I received a call from the service tech, Will H, that he was on his way, which was within the timeframe I was given. From the moment he arrived, he was very professional and kept me informed at all times of the status of my problem as well as what options I had. He also welcomed and answered any questions I had. Adam C, also arrived and was very professional, assessed our situation and status, and made certain that we were fully aware of everything being done and that we understood. Audie turned a bad situation good! We were panicked when the 1st tech (don't know his name) came to give us a $700 estimate for a service we didn't need. Bradley N. From Mr. Rooter Plumbing was AMAZING!!
Very professional, and friendly.
He gave me a good price and we set up a time for the install. He was on time and had the job done in no time. He did a wonderful job installing 2 toilets. When he was done he triple checked his work, for leaks, which there were none. Then he cleaned up each area and we finished.
I will definitely work with him and his company again!!

Eric F. was the tech called to fix a .commode that wasn't getting water. We asked him to take a look at multiple location( problems) in the plumbing sylstems. He was knowledgeable, and personable, and did excellent work repairing the commode and numero us leaks, replacements, and replacing piping installed by others incorrectly. He brought in Supervisors to discuss with us on other pro blems caused by water backing up and welling around the foundation of our home, causing even more serious damage. My plumbers for the day, Will and Adam, had a difficult job in accessing and repairing some leaking 62 year old pipes. Both were professional and courteous. They kept me informed during the repair process, which I appreciate. For the amount of work/time spent on this job I feel the price was fair. I would recommend, and use Mr. Rooter, in the future. I am always the skeptic and always feel like the service/trade industry is trying to screw me over. Furthermore, my wife was home and not the most knowledgeable of house projects...so all the set up for being taken advantage of. So when she calls me and tells me she agreed to a camera and hydraulic cleaning, I thought here we go again! But on the contrary, they spent hours doing the job correctly, and even came back the next day to finish up and stuck to the original quoted price. Hard workers, professional, clean, clear communication during the process (His name was Adam). This is the second time we have used Mr. Rooter. Adam came the first time and did a very professional job re-plumbing the basement for our new washer and fixing a toilet that two other plumbers had tried to fix unsuccessfully. These guys just showed up in my yard and started digging.........Seriously though, Mr. Rooter sent one heck of a team to help with my problem. Beginning with Tony S. and Fernando, who came out in the pouring rain on Thursday evening to snake and camera my main sewer drain. After they found the problem, they set an appointment for Saturday for Josh S. to come in and locate the exact route of the pipe. Before he left we had a plan in place, an exact price and an appointment for the dig crew to start early Monday. Come Monday I had 4 vehicles and trailer with a backhoe parked along my street. Konnor B., Marquez P., Jacob and Mark E. (lead by David F.) worked together to dig, reroute all the pipe and backfill everything.
Everyone was very professional and knew their job well. They explained everything as they went, and encouraged us to hang out and watch everthing.
