We recently purchased a large home with an un-balanced heat and A/C system. After getting several bids, Morris Heating & Air Conditioning was the only company who took the time to fully understand the problems with the system. **** and **** took a lot of time to figure out how to install dampers and zoning through out the house. The crew (****, **** *, ****, **** * and ***** *) were all very professional and courteous and took the time to answer our questions during the installation process. I would highly recommend Morris Heating and Air Conditioning. We also had Morris retrofit the heating system in our previous home as well. I would highly recommend Morris Heating and Air Conditioning based on work that I had done by them. ***** and ****** did a beautiful job repairing, replacing, and insulating broken ductwork in my attic. They were professional, hard-working, neat and very thorough. It was quite obvious that they took pride in their work. **** was terrific to deal with and very patient in answering my numerous questions. I will not hesitate to call them in the future if I need work done in my home. Heather G was really helpful and a delight to chat with when I called for the first time to get service on our 29 year old Lennox furnace. Before I was finished describing how to get to our house, she said "Oh yes. I see it on the map. No problem."
Bob B showed up right on schedule, did an excellent job in solving a problem with a furnace for which it's no longer possible to get parts, and really filled me in on all the details and options. I was surprised to find a full report in my In Box barely an hour after he left, and It was a real pleasure to work with him. I feel as if I've just made two new friends.

It's so nice to have a live person answer the phone. Heather is very professional, explained all my options, and helped set me up for an appointment. I received an email and voicemail reminder several days before my appointment. The technician who came, ****, was very good. They had a very big job to do (remove old oil furnace, install new propane high efficiency heating and cooling system, do duct work, **** filter, etc) and they did it perfectly. Not only is their work impeccable, they were a pleasure to work with. **** and ***** showed up on time, were polite, friendly, and pleasant every day, answered my questions and never ever made me fee like they were rushing me OR, more importantly, rushing their work. They were careful, methodical, professional, and pleasant. If there were 10 stars to give, they'd get them all! **** was a great project leader who responded quickly to anything I asked of him. Mike has been to our home several times and each visit he has provided with 5 Star service.
He is always thorough,and always goes over everything that has been serviced.
We wouldn't consider doing business with any other company.
