In November of 2016 I experience failure of heating equipment in my house. To help me with this issue I contacted Morris Heating and Air Conditioning company. This was not the first time when I contacted Morris with request for help and as always their service was excellent the administrative assistant Heather was very helpful attentive to details and set up an appointment very efficiently, service professional **** was right on time very efficiently resolve my problem and give me several valuable advises how to avoid this situation in future. I am very satisfied with Morris Heating and Air Conditioning service and definitely would recommend this company to everybody who require services of high level professionals. Morris is a pleasure to work with and well worth checking in on their new furnace offerings. We replaced our furnace 2 years ago and the difference in efficiency (and lower costs) is amazing.

I had come home from being away a week to find that my heat was not working. When I called the 800 number I received a return call from Matt within 10-15 min. He was able to get to my house within the next 45 min. Unfortunately he wasn't able to repair the unit because a part was needed. The next morning i called Matt to find out if he had found the part. About 11 am he called me to tell me he had found the part after calling 4 companies. Needless to say I was very happy. Manny and Johnny of Morris Heating & Air Conditioning just installed three Mitsubishi units at my house. They did a great job: arrived on time, were hard working and friendly, only scared the cat when they used the vacuum cleaner in the (cat's) bedroom, kept their gear organized, and cleaned up before they left. The best thing is: if we have another summer like 2016 summer I will be Cool! Today is day 1 of use, and I m keeping pleasantly, economically warm without using oil. Yay! It gives me great pleasure to review the outstanding service which has been provided by Morris Heating and Air conditioning. After a particularly frustrating experience of delays, unreturned phone calls, and over a year of cameo appearances and promised returns my HVAC system installation had not been completed. In frustration I responded to an ad that Morris had placed in a local publication. From the initial phone conversation to gather information about the company and subsequently schedule a site visit by ***** & install supv.; to the detailed proposal; to the installation period by **** and **** **...... all contacts were polite, workmanlike and professional. The install team worked three days from seven AM to three PM each day and left my home as if they had never been there except for the ceiling grills and a system that now is almost silent. John & Blaise were the installers for my Mitsubishi split AC unit on 9/12/2016. They both conducted themselves in a very professional and friendly manner through out the entire job (even when Blaise got stung by a bee). They answered any and all of my questions plus offered recommendations, as they obviously saw a need. They did an excellent job of cleaning up (couldn't even tell they had worked there) after the job and reviewed operation of the unit with me before they left. Very pleased with the professional service.
Mathew was knowledgeable and took his time resolving our air conditioning problem of not working properly. He patiently explained in detail everything he was doing to fix the problem. After replacing the Capacitor, our air conditioner is now successfully up and running, thanks to Mathew.

Morris installed and has serviced our heating and central air/humidifier system for the past 7 years. They have been excellent throughout. Responsive, courteous, reasonably priced, informative and helpful.
Most recently, Christos N. responded to a call next day, as scheduled and replaced a 7 year old capacitor in a matter of minutes. He could not have been more helpful and had several suggestions of things we could do to prolong the life of our system. Nice guy, couldn't have been more helpful, responsive and informative.
