My wife and I have been wanting to put air conditioning in our Colonial Post and Beam and we knew a mini split system for heat and cooling was a perfect solution that would also cut down on the woodstove use in the winter. We checked out several companies but Morris Heat and Air has a stellar reputation and after they installed a system in my parents home we knew they were the installer for us. They couldn't have been more professional and it was obvious watching them work, they are very good at what they do. We were stunned at how efficient they were and the system is outstanding. It was great a investment in our home and using the Morris company made it a painless process. They were absolutely outstanding.

Manny M - Lead Installer. Manny was very polite and professional, wore covers on shoes while in the house, cleaned up at end of each day and remove all trash at the end of the job. He went out of his way to fully answered many questions we had during the installation job. He explained how to operate the indoor remote control units. He filled out model and serial numbers and room locations on each registration card.

Morris HVAC serviceman showed up exactly on time as scheduled. Brought everything he needed with him. Did the work, ran system tests to ensure all features of both HVAC systems were fully functional. Updated the programming on the thermostat to reflect the new A/C system. No issues or qualms with using Morris. (Note: I was introduced to Morris by ***** ******** ************ of '**** *** ****** fame.)

Christos and Julian from Morris Heating did a great job installing a replacement Mitsubishi unit for us. We had lost the original unit from mice moving in and really wanted to make sure the mice could not get into the replacement. They worked with us to install the new unit on an 18" stand to get it out of 'mice territory'. They went out of their way to give us installation options and were really focused on making sure the installation met our expectations and was done properly. From this experience I highly recommend Morris Heating & Air Conditioning.

Morris Heating Joel was extremely knowledgeable on the install of our Rheem air system. He also recommend a UV light for indoor air quality to help with pet odors and help with my asthma. It's has been amazing. I would recommend Morris Heating to my friends and family.

Joel is awesome. Joel and Kevin showed up right on time to install my new furnace. They had the job completed before I returned home at 3:30 and you would have never known anyone was there except there was a new furnace where the old one used to be. Before the installation phase I dealt with Andy P who came out and explained the different options I had for heating my home. He too came out on time and even came back with Joel to check into a question I had. Andy also helped me with Mass Save and worked with getting my quote to them for a 0% heat loan as well as the rebates for the heating system I had installed. I am extremely satisfied with Joel and Kevin and with Morris Heating and Air Conditioning.

I am frustrated with my recent service from Morris. When I called at 7:00am, Greg answered the phone. I explained that the night before during a storm we lost power. At the same time the furnace went out and didn't come back on. My question for Greg was "where is the reset switch to start the burner again" and can I use it? He said no I could not do that with this system, Mike arrived within 2 hours, which I was so grateful for. Well, I went to the furnace with him and put the switch off for a minute and when he turned it back on, the furnace went on. That is exactly what I wanted to do! I certainly could have done that myself. I wish Greg could have told me that on the phone. The service call was $90 and the total bill was $180.00. Mike came to my other condo and he's always been very good to work with. I honestly feel like I was taken advantage of. It's my fault for not trying the switch myself but I think Greg could have helped on the phone.

Chris and Julin installed the wireless service on my Mitsubishi ductless system. They arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, install only took a couple of hours, and they showed me how to use the app. As usual with Morris, the technicians were courteous and professional and I would recommend them.

Manny was fantastic. I am a retired engineer who wants to understand this system. For most of the installation we lived at home. In addition to keeping the work site neat and clean everyday, Manny was great at accomodating our personal needs, e.g. moving equipment to allow us to entertain guests over Christmas. More importantly Manny would insist on explaining his knowledge of technical issues, ranging from duct construction, insulation, and sealing; also installation of the refrigerant plumbing and leak testing. I was concerned with efficiency and Manny explained and showed me every step of the installation. He was exceedingly professional and patient with me and I am grateful for his attention.

I had asked Julin to follow up with information on options to increase the efficiency of my heating/cooling system (system is set up for a heat-recovery ventilation system), but haven't heard back. In fact, he wrote that into the receipt before he left.

My heat wasn't coming on and Nucci couldn't be late. I'm found Morris Heating & Air Conditioning on Google and called. The attendant was very nice. They said they would have someone out before 10am and they were there by 8:25am. Very pleased. Chris was kind, effective and efficient. He made sure I had a clear understanding of what was going on so that I could relay the info back to My husband. A part is having to be ordered and then replaced but a Chris made sure I had heat immediately! Very satisfied with Morris Heating & Air Conditioning right now!

Calling Morris H&AC for the first time, Heather was very helpful in explaining the various options available in regard to the maintenance of my furnace. Michael, the service tech, was found to be a very personable individual who fully explained the work that was done. Glad that I selected Morris H&AC to be my service provider.

Morris installed a A/C / Heat pump for me last year. It's a 24K BTU unit and it cools my entire house easily, AND heats it, too. My electric bill only went up a fraction of what I expected (maybe $30, or $40 / month on the months when it is used the most). Between my wood stove and the heat pump, we're toasty and really enjoying the huge savings over Propane heating. We just had it serviced and it's running like a top. The service man had too walk up our long, icy driveway to do the service and he did a thorough evaluation and check-up. We're believers!

Christos came to provide routine maintenance on my 2 year old heating system. (I had tried to use a prior heating company but they never returned my calls.) Christos was very thorough and must have paid attention to my comment that I set my upstairs' thermostat, very low, because it got so warm, compared to the 1st floor. After checking, he determined that the original wiring was not done correctly. Apparently, to my understanding, the downstairs' thermostat was operating off of the upstairs' thermostat. It is 24 hours, after the change. The upstairs is staying much cooler, so I can sleep better, and the downstairs is much more comfortable. I hope to learn that my heating bills will be lower, as well. Needless to say, I am extremely happy and intend to be a loyal customer. Christos was also punctual and respectful of my property.

1/6 - Julin is awesome. He not only completed the maintenance on my unit but also replaced batteries in a smoke detector that I could not reach myself. He's always polite, professional and efficient. I had come home from being away a week to find that my heat was not working. When I called the 800 number I received a return call from Matt within 10-15 min. He was able to get to my house within the next 45 min. Unfortunately he wasn't able to repair the unit because a part was needed. The next morning i called Matt to find out if he had found the part. About 11 am he called me to tell me he had found the part after calling 4 companies. Needless to say I was very happy. Matt arrived about 2 hours later exactly when he said he would be there and fixed my heater within 30 min. Pleasant, professional and good follow up.

Morris Heating and Air is outstanding. What can I say about my experience with this company so far is that they define world class service. The technicians are amazing, my a/c needed Winter maintenance and the technician was at our house at 10:00am right on schedule and had the unit working efficiently within 10 minutes. He was a great person, very knowledgeable and answered a few questions I had and was very professional and a pleasure to have at my home.
