Manny and Bobby were great. They were punctual, friendly, and attentive. They laid down drop cloths to keep our floors clean and the final product was neat and tidy. This was an add on to a system Morris installed at the end of 2017 and we have been very satisfied with the entirety of the project. Would absolutely recommend and rehire them in the future. I can't express how professional and talented Joel and Kevin where. We had one issue which with one phone call and two minutes of on location conversation resolved the issue. The job was done on time and to perfection. This was a two day install and the first day most of the outside work was done. Had a great experience with Morris. We had a ductless unit installed. Chris (the salesperson) was professional and knowledgeable. The install guys (John and Pete) were the same and did a great job. Mike from Morris Heating & Air Conditioning came out and resolved and repaired an error code issue we were having with one of our heat pumps. He was very familiar with the equipment and very quickly had our heat pump back up and running. My experience with Chris Z. & Caitlin A. Was outstanding. I called Morris Heating & Air Conditioning to set up an appointment because I’m interested in putting air conditioning in my home and a possible heat source for a new workshop constructed on my property. John and Peter retrofitted our 100 year old two story house with a split system of 2 out door units and 6 indoor. They work well together as a team. They clearly knew and completed well the sometimes complex tasks of routing lines and mounting the units. We had multiple questions which they readily answered. Competing with a deadline in the face of two snow storms was no obstacle; finished on time; shoveled snow to provide them the access needed on the roof and on the ground to enable exterior duct attachment. They arrived by 7am each of the required days, finished planned work by 3 and cleaned before they left. Hardly knew they were in the house. They were both very easy to work with, communicated well, sought our agreement with needed plan modifications and hardware positioning. They were attentive, pleasant and easy to talk to. I called Morris on Monday, the day before a bad nor'easter was due to hit, because my furnace stopped working. Greg arranged for his technician Blaise to come out and fix it for me. Blaise was able to quickly diagnose the problem and work with Greg to determine where he could get parts to repair it immediately. Obtaining the parts involved Blaise driving to Malden and back, which he did willingly. Furnace fixed! Blaise came back on Wednesday AM to ensure everything was working properly. We had a complete heating and air conditioning system installed one week ago by Chris, Blaze and Peter after our previous system failed.. They were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. After a few months of cold, dry air, I finally decided to install a humidifier. I called Morris HVAC to set up the appointment. Two weeks later, Christos came to install the unit. They have nice personalities and very good job attitude. They were explaining every step of procedure and followed our preferences, regarding placement of equipment inside and outside. After installation they had tested the whole system and gave us a thorough walk through. They also helped to move heavy furniture and re-position shade polls and speakers which were too close to the units. The project manager Chris was very helpful in setting up this project, including quotes, scheduling and supervision. Matt and Alex installed a new gas furnace in our home after they removed the old one and supported the work of the plumber and electrician who were needed. This was all done in one day; efficiently, professionally, cleanly. We are very impressed by the caliber and personal demeanor of these men. Andy, I wanted to let you know that you have made my home much more comfortable. Through your recommendations of first replacing our my central home heating/cooling heat pump system. Joel and Kevin did a great job with the installation of the new Lennox system. Joel and Kevin were very professional, neat and answered all my questions. Andy as you know these condos all suffer from not having enough heating or cooling on the second and third floors due to lack of proper duct distribution as you explained to me. Your recommendation to add a ductless split heat pump system to the third floor has made a big difference in keeping my home warm. I look forward to being cooler in the summer in my studio on the third floor. I also wanted to let you know that the humidification system that you recommended that John installed on to the main system has helped so much with the dryness in my home and is keeping my artwork from being damaged. We recently had a new furnace installed by Morris Heating & Air Conditioning. I don't usually review companies but I felt like this company really deserved a great review. I worked with Andy to figure out what exactly we needed and he was extremely responsive and helpful. He didn't push us into anything he just supported everything we asked for. Our installers were Kevin and Joel. They were extremely friendly and they did a great job. They cleaned up the area afterwards and everything looks great. I worked with Camilla in the front office and she couldn't have been easier to work with. Overall they definitely have my recommendation and we will continue to use their services. Yesterday my heat stopped working and today Mike came out to fix it. He was very polite and super knowledgeable. He took the motor of my 35 year old system completely out and replaced with a new one. He definitely knew what he was doing. He answered all of my questions and made sure everything was up and running perfectly before he left. I was very impressed! Absolutely calling them again.
