We had Morris Heating and Air Conditioning install a 12000 btu system in our home. Chris was the salesperson and Chris and Blaise were the installers. We were very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism and the courtesy. This company told us when they would show up at home, when they would be done and what they would do and everything was done as they said it would be. I was researching estimates for HVAC when my friend Mary Ann told me that she just used Morris Heating and Air to cool and heat her home. She raved about the way the system work and that the staff was very professional. Andy P came out and gave me the estimate for the 4 inside units and the 2 outside units. What got my attention was that Andy included the electrical work needed to run the units. The other estimates did not. Andy explained how complicated the wiring would be due to where I wanted the units placed....the project would take 3 days to install. Then he went back to the office and worked the numbers...and found me rebates so that I was comfortable with the price. The installation was impeccably done by Johnny and Blaise. Johnny asked my advice when needed and even moved my window shutters down a few inches so it would look better with the wiring. All sites were left neat and clean. Johnny explained how to use and care for the system. The cooling was amazing. Within minutes the room was cool enough to make my nose cold. The bigger unit pushed the cool air into the next room and all this with whisper quiet operation. The heat warmed the room as well....I am overwhelmed by how well this system works! Back at the office, Dave answered all my questions and Andy filled out my rebates and filed my warrantys . I am so happy I found this company and give my highest recommendations for the best price...best efficiency and making it easy to use this new system. Greg came out to look at the work that needed to be done. Every other person that came out seemed to be avoiding the work or giving me an overestimation on pricing. Greg provided a fair and hones estimate and suggested a way to save on any future parts. Mike and Greg came out on the day they promised and had it up and going in no time. From start to finish this experience was the best! **** was so very patient, informative and helpful. I had so many questions which he was able to answer and advise me. I felt like I was able to make an informed decision by the time he finished and decided on the spot that he was the man /company that i was going to use. Plus, he came again to my home after installation to help me fill out the rebate forms. What a guy! ***** and Francesco, the installers, were great. Not only were they the cleanest workers i have EVER dealt with (***** actually took off his shoes in my house at one point) but the most considerate. When they were finished, they put everything back in place and cleaned up. One would have never known they were there except for the beautiful new unit that was on my wall. They carefull removed some of my plants, saving them so i could transplant them without my asking them. Plus, ***** actually trimmed an azalea bush to make the project pleasing to the eye. ***** was incredibly patient as he explained every detail in how to operate the unit and made sure I understood it all....never rushing me as i tried to understand all the features of the unit. And both men were so polite. Truly a pleasure to work with. I have not used the heating/cooling unit yet but when ***** was demonstrating how it works, i was sooo impressed by how quiet it was and all its features. Lastly, i want to mention Heather, the secretary. Imagine my surprise when a live person answered the phone when i first called and each and every time thereafter. She was so pleasant and accomodating when setting up the appointment and each time i have called her since. This unit looks great in my living room and i can't wait to use it. I have been using Morris Heating & Air Conditioning for over two years and am very pleased and happy with the products they installed, the installers, and the continuous service they provide. With the twice a year pre-season service, they keep my heating and air conditioning working efficiently. I could not have had a better experience with the installation of central air conditioning in our older home. The installers were very professional and careful, they cleaned up as they worked and really kept plaster dust to a minimum. They explained what they were doing and took time to answer questions, ***** the lead installer, was a pleasure to work with. The installation took 6 days, they had to fish ducts through walls, closets and ceilings, the finished product looks like it was always there. I highly recommend Morris Heating and Air conditioning. Kyle and Mario were terrific, very professional in their work. They kept me informed as the work progressed explaining to me why they recommended equipment be located in specific places. They were very neat, keeping our home as dust free as possible. They cleaned their work area thoroughly at the end of each day. The installation couldn't have gone any better. They even made friends with our dog.

Great service was provided by both installers Many and Blaise. They were both courteous and professional. Many was very clear on what they planned to do on the property for the scheduled two days.The equipment an installers arrived on time prepared to start the installation. I was very impressed with their work ethic and willingness to cooperate with home routine during the install. Many gave a through explanation of the operation of the Mitsubishi System and its components. Cleanup was completed and rechecked by each other. All and all, a job very well done. Morris Heating & Air Conditioning continues to exceed our expectations. Morris was highly recommended by our contractor when we renovated our main floor, and we understood why as soon as they arrived. Their service is first-rate: exceedingly (and refreshingly) professional, highly knowledgeable about our equipment, patient with our questions, and clearly concerned that we are happy with the outcome before they leave.
Today's visit was from Mike Burns, a Service Pro. Excellent. We needed a maintenance call on our A/C unit, and Mike easily took care of the problem but also had useful suggestions for us. Mike also took the time to explain more about a new split-unit that Morris installed for us last summer. That consultation wasn't the focus of the visit, but Mike didn't hesitate to help us with our questions.

I had a problem on my ****** heating & AC system with a third zone that was not controlling correctly. Climate Zone said that they could not fix it and that it was my problem because it was part of the ducting they did not modify. We had ***** here to diagnose an overheating problem that we have been dealing with for several weeks now. After first having other contractors here to evaluate the heating issue and receiving a questionable diagnosis, ***** was the first contractor who was able to diagnose our heating issue correctly and the first time. It was clear that his troubleshooting methods were much different than what we had previously experienced with the other contractors. His expertise in the HVAC field made the diagnosis not only quick, but also easy to understand and to repair. ***** took the time to explain everything very clearly and to answer our numerous questions as well. He also made a few other suggestions we are considering. We thought it was a very productive appointment and we are relieved that we called Morris Heating before agreeing to the work the other contractors suggested. Morris HVAC is top notch. **** * helped replace some inefficient duct work for some bedrooms that were not heating properly. He was quiet, clean and very quick, but yet still took plenty of time to adequately explain what he was doing and how it would improve our heating. I could not be happier with the job that was done in my attic. The ductwork that was replaced, repaired,and insulated is beautiful! Manny and Blaise did an excellent job. They were hard-working, neat, and very professional. Dave was terrific , he answered my many questions and always got back to me in a timely manner. I will certainly call Morris Heating & Air Conditioning for any future work that I may need.
