I called Morris for a quote on a Mitsubishi Mini Split A/C system. Their representative Andy did a far better job of preparing the quote than other contractors that I had also called. He measured, took pictures of areas that I hoped would be where they could run their lines and install all necessary units. We discussed my options for the installation that I wanted. In the end they were able to do the installation exactly the way I had hoped. The job took 2 days and the 2 man crew, Matt and Trevor were great. They arrived early and went right to town on the job. Blaise and each of the technicians that has serviced our HVAC system over the past few years was knowledgeable, and offered several tips to maintain our system and to reduce maintenance and repair costs. He was polite, and wore booties every time he entered the house . Blaise also gave me on where to purchase filters to save money. I have found each of the service people from Morris to be people I would like to know better, and I would recommend Morris (and have) to my friends and family. My only criticism is that the office staff are rigid and generally unwilling to change initial annual service dates. It was frustrating. I have had no trouble rescheduling to later dates, but thus far unable to get an earlier spring date for HVAC maintenance, although I suspect that a new customer would be offered an earlier spring date if requested. I was happy that the Mitsubishi web site rated them as a Diamond Elite installer. My salesman was Andy Previte , really knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process . Matt installed the unit and did a great job. Cleaned up the area when they finished. All in all from start to finish, everyone I dealt with was great. We had our air conditioning systems checked June 21 st ,had the best service call ever,our tech was Blaise,he was the most though of all . He made a suggestion to remove the filters from the vents that we had on the first floor,to get more air into the room. We can raise temp 1degree and get so much more cool air.
