Matt came out when promised when my furnace was acting up. Turns out the main issue was wholly avoidable. Matt explained to me how the furnace operated and where to view indicator lights. Chris was excellent and informed me of everything to prevent a possible shut down in the future. We woke up in the morning to a cold house my 3 year old LENNOX SYSTEM had failed. I called into MORRIS and there was Chris at my door in less than an hour. He found that the intake had sucked in a leaf or two from the fall foliage and he also replaced a sensor under warranty just to be sure. Chris was very punctual--calling to let us know he was on his way for his scheduled appointment. He was considerate and put on disposable shoe covers to protect our hardwood floors and carpets. He was very thorough in his inspection of our heating system and gave suggestions on how to operate our system more efficiently. The team at Morris did a great job with out brand new forced hot air/central AC system install. They were professional, courteous, and finished on time. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend or family member. Chris, their comfort advisor, did a great job of educating me and my wife on our options. Eddie, the install manager, clearly laid out a plan for the installation that fit our thoughts and we’re practical given the age of the house and it’s layout. Can't begin to say enough good things about Chris' professionalism and knowledge when it came to repairing our Lennox furnace. We have had other technicians come to the house in the past and give a quick look and then offer up some suggested repair... we, as the homeowner, rely on their professionalism and knowledge... wrong!!! Chris came in, diagnosed the problem quickly, as the others, but proceeded to use the error codes being produced, his knowledge, and the phone support of the Lennox Technician to verify all the system errors and provide the surety that this was in fact the repair. He spent the time to get our furnace running on an 18 degree Friday evening, and he even checked with Lennox to verify that some of the needed repair part were covered under warranty. Chris did a tune-up/clean of my furnace, this is an incredibly friendly, knowledgable tech. Gave a nice breakdown of the system functions, love learning something. My kids usually run away from anyone, not Chris and his apprentice, genuinely warm people. I also had Greg come out for a service call, fixed the issue in no time and had a bunch of laughs. It feels like you have a family member in the business when they come over. Caitlyn in the office was a pleasure to deal with too, prompt with answering questions and quick to follow up. I have been dealing with Morris HVAC since I switched from oil to gas back in 2014. They installed a new furnace and central AC unit. The installation went without a hitch. I am on their annual maintenance plan. They come in the spring for the AC and in the fall for the furnace. They are always prompt, polite, and informative. Today, I had the pleasure of having Cristos again for fall service. He's always willing to talk with me about the system and the best ways to get the most out of it efficiently. I have had a few HVAC and plumbing technicians over the years at my home and was never completely satisfied. Had an office miscommunication on the first visit from Morris Plumbing and Heating. Tim Morris called immediately, apologized and came back out to our home personally. Not only did he come out once but a second time with Mike Burns. It was clear that Tim knows duct work with his eyes closed and Mike knows furnace/boiler work above and beyond. We decided to go with Morris Heating and Air Conditioning to fix our furnaces and duct work as we had heard so many fantastic things even after the minor miscommunication . Mike B**** has exceeded my confidence. He's an exceptional team member to represent Morris Heating and Air Conditioning. He is one in a million! He is highly professional, highly knowledgeable, patient with any questions, and clearly very concerned that we are happy with the outcome before he and the Morris Team leaves. Mike took care of our boiler problems and piping with ease and is also a great teacher for his apprentices. Mike also took the time to explain everything and made sure that the duct work that another Morris team was working on was up to par. Mike made sure everything was clean and picked up! He has the highest of standards and exemplifies high quality in everything he does. He goes above and beyond and that simply you can only find far and few between! Extremely disappointed! Had phoned to schedule an appointment to have my central air conditioner units looked at due to not cooling effectively. I was first asked if I was on their maintenance program. I stated no and asked how much their program was. I was quoted $610.52. No thank you. I was then told well we can schedule you an appointment with a service call amount of $110.00 but you will have to wait over 3 weeks. OK. The appointment was scheduled for August 21. The Technician and his helper looked at my attic units, checked filters which were extremely clean and counted vents and return registers. They then checked some NOT ALL Vents (which some do not blow with any force). I was told I would receive my receipt for payment via email and someone else from Morris would be phoning me to come and evaluate my duct work. I contacted MORRIS after a week via their website contact form asking for my receipt. It is now 4 weeks later still no receipt and no one ever contacted me to look at duct work. Certainly glad I never signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Shame on you MORRIS thought a local town company would be better. Advice stay away from MORRIS very poor poor follow through.

Blaise and Peter performed the regular maintenance on the mini-split heat pump that Morris installed last December. They were polite, friendly, and efficient.
