John & Blaise arrived to begin installation promptly at 7:00 am. They were knowledgeable, explaining the installation process to us and answered all of our questions. They worked efficiently, were very personable, and neat. They were very professional and our experience with them was enjoyable. On 8 Aug 2016 The installers from Morris Heating & Air Conditioning John /Blaise arrived on time in company uniforms nice clean and very professional. They were here two full days and did a fantastic job. I have never seen two employees work so well together they are like a Swiss watch. I had many questions and both were very knowledgeable. The installation was perfect. Clean up perfect. We were showed total operation. At this time I request that Management give both these employees a pay increase because they are clearly an asset to your company. It is employees like these two that make a great company. I would like conformation to see if they were compensated with a pay increase. I also give Andy a thumbs up for sending two great workers to our home. Chris did a great job with our annual summer maintenance for our 3 Mitsubishi Ductless Mini Split Systems and energy-recovery ventilator (ERV) . On time arrival and performed a complete job. We just had a new furnace and AC unit replaced at our home by Morris Heating and Air Conditioning of Ipswich,Ma. This required a major update from the original system. Major duct work, a 2 zone installation, new thermostats and some electrical and plumbing work. This was performed by a very professional team of Manny, Louie and Christos. They answered all our question, were courteous, thoughtful and very professional and had a clean work ethic. Also want to thank Andy Previte and Project Manager Eddie for their excellent follow through in overseeing the project. John was at my home for 31/2 days successfully installing and setting up a mini-split system just before the heat set in. From the beginning John showed real concern for the quality of his work and that I was a very happy client. He worked hard, kept me up-to-date on what was going on, kept the work site clean and showed respect for our family and home. Blaise was at my home for 3 days installing a ductless mini-split system. He was there on time , worked very diligently each day; kept the work areas clean and overall respected our home. It was clear to see that he paid attention to details and worked effectively with his partner to deliver a product that was technically correct, but as important he was concerned that we were very satisfied happy clients, which we are. Found the initial contact to be very helpful. Working with the Comfort Advisor ***** ******* was very easy and informative. All information about solutions to our problem were explained in an understandable manner and all questions answered. The customer service has been great as we e-mail questions about our contract and installation options. Today, Morris Heating & AC conducted the annual review of our three AC systems. The same technician performs the service each year, and he is highly professional, reliable, hard-working and a good communicator. He cycled all three units in cool mode, replaced the filters, tested and cleaned the drain lines, cleaned the coils, tested the thermostats and checked the refrigerant charge and operations. My wife always says about him: "Wouldn't it be nice if all the contractors working on our home were as knowledgeable and reliable as he."
