Mike came today to service our furnace for the winter season. He is one of the technicians who regularly services our furnace and AC. As always, he was friendly, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our system. Along with regular maintenance, he provided advice for maintaining our furnace properly to get the most longevity possible. My mom had Morris Heating and Air Conditioning come to her home to have her gas burner cleaned. Steve Z. came to the house while I was there and was excellent. He did a thorough job of cleaning the unit

I received my annual furnace service from Mike B. with Morris Heating & Air Conditioning today and wanted to share that the service I received was excellent. Mike B. has provided services to both my furnace and air conditioning unit and each time he has demonstrated professionalism in not only the quality of work he provided but also in the knowledge he shared about the units I had and how to use or maintain them. We recently needed a service call from Morris. They sent Mike who professionally represented Morris very well. He not only efficiently did the repair but explained what and why he was doing what he was. I realize dealing with the public can be a challenge but Mike’s got public relations down pat. Also he left the work area perfectly clean.
We were pleased with the unit when Morris installed and their crew, the excellence continues it appears.

Mike is without a doubt the best. I have never had to call him back to fix something left incomplete or improperly installed. Mike gets it done right the first time, every time. We had 2 AC /heat air handlers and 2 compressors replaced. It was a big job. The rep was honest and fair in discussing the options and in the final cost. The crew arrived on time, worked quietly with respect for our home and my presence in it. We were kept updated on progress, the work went smoothly. First of all, I'm having difficulty entering the accurate names of people who were here today - They are Manny, Bobby, and Peter.
What an incredible team! They were here at 7:00 a.m. and worked very hard and consistently until 4:15 p.m. They installed a new air conditioner and worked both outside and inside. They were professional; they were friendly (appropriately). Whenever I had a question, Manny responded clearly, professionally, and thoroughly. I loved overhearing the interaction among them. Our air conditioning units were installed today and yesterday by Bobby and Manny. They are two of the nicest gentlemen. They were friendly, thoughtful and kind. They worked outside in the pouring rain to complete the job on time, stopping only for the tornado warning. That's amazing.
