He explained the options that I had in repairing the toilet, and then did the work in the same call. Best of all, he helped me catch my dog which had just escaped out the door. Mike was very friendly and spent time explain the plunbing issues related to the work needed. The options he provided were very helpful to making the final decisions. We just did the water heater maintenance, as scheduled, but I also appreciated that he looked at another area of the water heater venting where I had a question. Had possibly the best service call experience I've ever had today, across any kind of building or equipment contractor or type of service out there. Had a non-functional furnace just as cold temperatures were approaching. Received very fast scheduling from MSP-PHA and Thomas E was the service expert who came by today. Extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful and friendly. Provided the most detailed breakdown of required work optional work that I've ever received including showing examples in the furnace itself. Decided on a new furnace since repairs were creeping up there price-wise, but did not feel pressured or rushed into it. Tom should probably be writing the book for Plumbing/Heating/Air customer service but that would be problematic since he would then not have time to actually be out in the field providing this level of great service. Great service. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed a week ago. Several employees came to complete different tasks throughout the day. They were all professional,courteous and respectful of us and of our home. It was a day long project, Justin was here for the whole job (Approximately 12hours) and patiently answered our questions and set up our apps until we we understood how to use them. A new Carrier furnace was installed with 3 zone controls. The Infinity Touch and 1 zone control work very well. Unfortunately, the 3rd zone control will not yet operate. So, the system is still pending. Hopefully, arrangements to complete the install will be completed soon. 11/15/15 |
