I have worked with MSP Plumbing and Heating and Air for several years and have always been very satisfied with their assessments and repairs. They have always shown me the problems and explained in detail what would happen if the repairs weren't made in a timely matter. Todd did a very thorough investigation of all my plumbing in my house and found a few things that I could get replaced or repaired to make my system run more efficient. He showed me the specific items he wrote down and explained the fix to make it better. He gave me no pressure to do the work through hum since I have a family member who could do the repairs. Here's my main concern about your company. Although I think you do good work, I feel that you are constantly trying to up charge me. Recently I called for a leaky faucet and was given an estimate of $1400 to replace everything. I had someone else do it for less than $200. 01/11/16 |

service was prompt and service was performed as scheduled ; concern was given to our schedule as replacement was scheduled over Christmas / new years week. Clint and Joshua were competent and friendly and completed the installation in a neat and prompt fashion. They answered our questions and explained the answers to our satisfaction. Joshua took the time to demonstrate where the gas ,water and electric connections were and how to deal with them in an emergency situation.Since this was a failed heating & air conditioner system in cold weather there was little time to compare vendor pricing. Also complete installation testing of the cooling system awaits warmer weather, no statement of value versus price can be made, but the service and delivery was deemed excellent in our opinion. Jeremy Peterson came out today since I had a water leak in the basement and he quickly located the source of the leak as the dishwasher. He gave me more information about how my reverse osmosis system that was connected to my refrigerator was running through copper pipe which as he explained could be detrimental to my health. I got the system to eliminate sources of contamination and Water Doctors actually was giving more contamination in my water source. I was livid. I am so grateful to Jeremy and his student for pointing out the dangers of drinking this water.

My furnace died and they called quickly and set up an appointment that same day. I had gotten quotes for similar furnaces from another company scratched out on a carbon copy bill. MSP had this great brochure with all kinds of detail about the different furnaces and options. It was a very helpful way to compare the different models. I made a selection and they were at our home bright and early the next morning and we had heat by the end of the day. Sales people and installers called and doubled checked meeting times and schedules and were very courteous and helpful. Price was great and they did a top quality job. I couldn't be happier. Joshua A. installed our furnace today - he was on time, super helpful and polite, kept the entire team moving to keep our installation on time. He took time to show my husband and I how the new thermostat worked and strong recommended the smartphone app for convenience. Our dog liked him too! Usually it's kind of nerve-wracking to have a service professional in the house, but with Josh it was like having an old high school friend who was in the business take care of us. I was hesitant to continue with the furnace tuneup I had scheduled because my previous appointment had been postponed due to emergencies the company had that day. I am so glad I kept the second appointment as they definitely redeemed themselves. The service guy Thomas E. renewed my faith in MSP Heating by being extremely thorough in his explanations of what he was doing and the couple of issues that I may want to address to make my furnace more efficient. I wasn't pressured to buy any product or service but instead was given an explanation of why I may want to get some things done and what the cost would be. I found Josh A to be a great installation expert. He was very professional. He arrived on time and stayed over 10 hours working on the installation. He provided text and photo updates throughout the day and kept me in the loop as he made progress. When I came home he was extremely patient in answering questions and provided candid and honest opinions.
