Woke up to find that we had a water heater leaking all over. Sent in an email to the Company requesting someone contact me. Got a call almost immediately after sending in request. Jeremy P. showed up in the window of time they gave me. He was very courteous and respectful of my house (wearing boot covers upon entering). He took time to explain what had happened and offered several different options. Work was done in a few hours and he left the area very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Bruce came to inspect our plumbing yesterday and gave us some very good ideas about next steps. We were so glad to receive a written estimate and also time to consider what was needed immediately. Both of these techs (Josh H and Ricky L) were awesome! Didn't mind taking the time to show me what the issue was and explained in great detail the best way how we were going to fix it! Great company - everyone seems very happy to work there.
Service Expert - Brian Anderson came out to my house for a humidifier issue, and wow, he was really an expert. He actually remembered me from the previous year (not same issue-but still on the humidifier) He stayed about 2 hours, on a Saturday too, not because the work was very difficult (I didn't think), but to make sure I was getting the best efficiency of my humidifier by taping and caulking joints and connections and going above and beyond in that manner. He went way beyond what I called MSP Heating and Air for. Yes, I am apart of the TTC (Total Care Club) and certainly was treated like it too! Thanks guys - hope I wont see you again soon though! We needed to have a "check-up" on our central AC. our furnace, etc. We were called when the service person was on his way, he was prompt. Ricky L. was friendly and helpful. He explained things in detail regarding what should be done soon. He did a great job. We have always had a positive experience when dealing with MSP plumbing, heating, air company.

Generally very satisfied with Thomas Erronis work - maintenance and diagnosis of problem. Offered several options for fixing potential hazardous situation with furnace. He seemed quite knowledgeable.

The installation of a new boiler furnace went great. I am so relieved that I don't have to worry about that old furnace again. All of the old equipment was removed and the place was cleared for the shiny new one. It was a good cleanup. An easy to use thermostat was installed and the other zone thermostats were tested along with the heater. It has been keeping it warm and doing it quietly ever since. MSP has now installed a new furnace and new central air within the last few weeks. Don came out to give us an estimate on the air conditioning in the morning and it was installed by 2:30 that afternoon. No fuss, no mess. Excellent!
The furnace was making a whistling noise and was driving me crazy. Jason Bird came out and went above and beyond tracking the whistle down. Dealing with a crazy lady (me) is not easy. I kept hearing that dang whistle and he went through everything to stop it. We tried 4 different furnace filters and he made sure there was not air leaking out. When he left, all was good and I could sleep. To be fair, I am out of down for the next 9 days but I know if it is whistling when I get back home, they will send someone out to fix it.
We will be needing a new water softener soon and the first phone call will be to MSP. You guys really are a great company. Thank you! 03/14/16 |

We called after finding a gas leak in our furnace. Thomas arrived within the quoted window and gave me a few options on services. He repaired the leak and tightened the joints. While doing so, he pointed out what and where he was doing the work, as well as some tips for future preventative maintenance. Great customer service both on the phone and the service expert himself. MSP showed up timely and courteously took care within the home and diagnosed my boiler was not functioning in a safe manner and offered me options to correct the issues. Thomas E. took great time with me to explain what was going on and talked to me about my different options and how MSP could be of service. We decided to replace our boiler and a service team was there within the hour to replace the boiler. I was in need of heat at my home and called Mpls/St. Paul Heating. Company rep was very pleasant on the phone, scheduled the service call for later that same day.
Mitch P arrived during the service window (I got a call saying he was on his way about 5 minutes ahead of time).
We talked about what was wrong, he went right to work and determined that I needed a new thermopile. It was great that he the part on his truck and was able to complete the repair quickly. He did a quick inspection of the overall heating system and we talked about potential needs for replacement. Very knowledgable and shared lots of information. He did make some adjustments on the fuel valve to decrease the amount of CO that was being generated and also to decrease the amount of gas consumed which will save me money.

Mr. Marquart was prompt and courteous and willing to make respectful conversation as well as learn about what MSPPHA could do for me. He was very thorough and explained everything he found thoroughly. I like that MSPPHA service people aren't racing off to their next job. My furnace died. I called MSP and within a few hours Brian showed up. He did a thorough investigation of my heating and air conditioning systems. He then went over the problems in detail with photos. We have used Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing and Heating a number of times over the years and have never been disappointed with the service and the work performed. Recently, we needed to replace our original 1922 fuel oil furnace after the tank started leaking. The replacement went smoothly. Don L. and Thomas E. were extremely helpful in explaining our options and in explaining the process. Joshua B. and Clint S. installed the furnace and were courteous and mindful of the surroundings. Joshua Beecher, lead installer, and helper Clint Segerra, plus lead installer Josh Brewers and helper Nick Bonngard, were an AMAZING TEAM. This is a group of well-trained, really smart people who listen and explain and are fun to have on site. They are happy in their jobs which says a lot for the company. In three days these guys were able to install a Fujitsu cooling and heat system to supplement radiant heat in my 1901 Queen Anne Victorian. They were able to streamline and consolidate exterior runs without altering or injuring the house and its historic features. The system is quiet and I know I will be glad not to have noisy, inefficient air conditioners hanging out the windows! This system will help manage humidity levels and protect my mom's piano. This company has helped me learn about the systems in my home, have done minor repairs, and now a major installation. Consistently polite, skilled, good people! Thanks!
