I thought I was dealing with "just" a noisy furnace, I had leaking CO2 that was making our family sick. Brian did a full house inspection and caught the multiple problems. Wanted to let you know, again, how happy we are with Minneapolis St. Paul Plumbing and Heating. Joshua B and Clint S installed our new furnance. Now these two guys are great examples of how any representative of a business should be! They sure new what they were doing-I can't believe how fast they got that new furnace going. They took the time to show us how the new (digital) thermostat works (I am not of this generation and all the options were a tad overwhelming). He even made sure it was connected to my wifi (which I could not have done). They were professional and left not a speck of dirt behind. Plus they are just nice guys. Justin W. arrived on time with all his necessary tools and equipment. He was very thorough and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. He also spent time pointing out possible problem areas in my furnace and made recommendations to alleviate these issues. After completing his inspection he gave me written notes as to what he had done and recommendations for immediate service as well as an estimated price list. I highly recommend Justin W's work. I am very satisfied with the service Bruce Anderson provided. He was first of all on time and courteous.
Checked out the problem. Kept me informed about what he was doing. I had my hot water back on in a short time. Plus he informed me about the service plan you offer which I signed up for because of Bruce. Looking forward to working with your company and Bruce again. Hopefully for maintenance

MSP Plumbing and Heating called to schedule our yearly check-up for our furnace. Mr. Thomas Erronis came and set about checking everything out. Imagine our surprise when he said "Mr. Stephens, you have a carbon monoxide leak and I cannot turn your furnace back on!" He showed us the crack in the heating element and the CO2 reading on his detector. He then went above and beyond to: provide the information AND photos to our financing source, set up the installation THE NEXT DAY, had space heaters brought into our home, explained what we were purchasing and why and calmed a situation that for us, was extremely scary.

Bruce came out and looked at our water heater, he saw the problem very quickly and suggested we need a new water heater. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bruce set up our water heater and explained all about it and all the benefits of the new water heater. He wasn't pushy at all and explained all our options. We are very happy with msp and bruce. Thomas E., service expert, tore down old furnace, etc. and got everything ready for a new one. He helped us pick out the appropriate furnace package (all the time explaining differences in systems in plain English using terms, etc. in understandable ways. To say he was "helpful" would greatly undermine his qualities as a service provider. Not only courteous, he's also pleasant, considerate, cheerful, professional, and represented the Company well.. It is clear that you have adopted an MO of giving a large list of expensive services no matter what you are called out for - this has happened with cleaning and with a repair. I really appreciated Mike Marquart's coming today to clean the maximizer filters... the screens had some sediment in them following the flushing of the hot water heater.
Pressure is up, and the hot water is hot.

Mike M******** is a plumbing expert that has provided us with some outstanding service. This past visit as part of our contract with MSP Plumbing was another example. The water heater was flushed and filters were cleaned. the pressure was restored and the hot water was adjusted to the proper temperature.
