Russ was great! He checked my furnace and even showed me the shutoff valve and labeled it for the future. He did the same for my hot water heater and went outside and helped me locate the main gas line shutoff valve and labeled that as well. He fixed the drain plug in one of my sinks and tightened a faucet in another sink all for no extra charges. I would highly recommend this company. Russ N. 09/27/16 |

This was a simple toilet works replacement. The initial unit did not shut off properly. Dean then found that the Kohler part he had been told was no longer available was, in fact available. This works, but is slower and noisier than its predecessor. Also, Dean was ready to leave until I found that water connection was leaking, which he missed.

I had a blocked sink disaster. **** *. and his helper came out quickly, were attentive and courteous, and went the extra mile. They both pulled on overalls and crawled under my home to identify the site of a leak and the extent of a blockage. They replaced a broken garbage disposal and snaked out my bathroom sink as well. The Burch Plumbing team comes annually to certify our backflow device for the MMWD and today they came to install an automatic shutoff device on our gas line to prevent gas flow in the event of an earthquake.
