Gary Burch has provided expert service with a smile in a timely manner. He's installed a new bathtub drain, replaced three toilet flushing mechanisms and got my guest shower up and flowing in no time at all. He's returned to fine tune issues with good cheer. Had a problem with my two of my sinks. Maria, at Gene Burch Plumbing, sent Gary out to handle the repair. He was professional and very thorough. Love the way all the Gene Burch technicians are so thorough. They not only check out the immediate problem but also do thorough testing to ensure all components are operating properly. Really a first class operation, with highly skilled professionals, that are courteous and kind. Wouldn’t think of using anyone else for plumbing or HVAC related needs.

Tae Hodges at Gene Burch plumbing and heating is an exceptional HVAC tech. He was on time, professional and took the time to answer all my questions in an easy to understand manner. He serviced the heater and a/c and when I didn't have a replacement filter drove to Pini hardware to get one for me. He cleaned my old compressor so that I hardly recognized it from the old eyesore I had. He not only replaced the filter but also cleaned the transom grate. Gary Burch arrived on time and began work immediately. Throughout his 4 hours on the job, he worked worked efficiently and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. The hot water heater installation was more complex than expected due to the design of the garage space and the state and county regulations put into effect subsequent to the house being built. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and felt the charges were appropriate to the task. I will definitely use Gene Burch plumbing again should I have plumbing and heating needs. Tae was here a few minutes ahead of the appointment, spent time explaining what was happening with my older AC unit, and then gave me a quick hands on lesson on how to clean the filters in the furnace unit. I am a senior citizen with a hearing loss, so I call your office to request someone contact me by phone when the technician was on his way. I did not get that call back. Therefore I was in the bathroom and did not hear Garry ring and knock. I saw him leaving and was able to get him to come back , he seemed rather put out that I hadn't answered the door. I showed him my ac/heater and he said that the problem was there needed to be 4 wires instead of three. I knew that this was not the case since the system had been running well for years with three wires. Then he said a switch for on off could not be set in the neutral position, which again was not accurate. Finally I suggested that he test the thermostat, which I would have done in the FIRST PLACE. Sure enough, that was the problem. I am NOT happy with this service, but at least the problem is fixed. Considering his attitude and also that he didn't bother to check the most obvious thing first, I feel that you don't deserve a better rating. Please cancel my membership after this month. Thank you! After multiple quotes from multiple companies, Gene Burch was the obvious choice. Gary, Sergio, Dave, Joe, and Maria all made for a stellar experience. Gary answered a ridiculous array of questions from us at all hours and in the end, we got a glamorous new heating and air conditioning system paired with a Nest learning thermostat. It all looks very slick. The install was quick and painless for us, and they did a great job of keeping all the lines and connections neat and tidy. The great team of technicians, including Dave, Tae and Sergio, did a great job dismantling our old furnace, installing and getting us up to speed on our new heating system, all with no interference or interruption to our work day. The guys were professional, knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. I had an issue with my water heater. When I called for an appointment I was told they could come out the following day. Since many times it is hard to get an appointment with any plumber I was thrilled that they were able to come the next day. I was concerned after making the appointment and called the office again since water was continuously dripping slowly outside due to the problem. I was told that they would contact one of the plumbers who was out in the field and get back to me about my concern. I received a call back very soon the same day from Gary who was the one who came today. He reassured me that it would be okay till he came the next day since it wasn't a major leak. I was very thankful that the office contacted him while he was on another job and that he called me. Gary was very professional and did a great job!
