I highly recommend Shane,HVAC Tech, for any and all rewards or merits he may receive for a job well-done and the representation of his company. When he arrived at my home I was angry and had a bad taste in my mouth for the experience I had on Tuesday 8-7-18. The arrival window was set from 8 am to 10 am. No one arrived during those hours. The plumber arrived within his assigned window and quickly provided his assignment with expertise and friendly manner. The day went on; I contacted the main number for Fix-it 24/7; spoke with the women who answered the phone; to cut it short...I spent from 8 am to 5:30 pm waiting for the HVAC Tech. I finally left my home and made another appointment for today. I explained what happened to Shane. He explained how the assignment can start out with a short time-frame and end up taking all day to fix discovered problems. While speaking with him and his mannerism he changed my mind and outlook of Fix-it 24/7. I will now recommend this company and the people who work for it. Charles who works for Fix-It 24/7 came to my home to service and establish if the hot water tank was safe to transfer the home from me to the new buyer. Charles was knowledgeable, easy to understand his findings and worked quickly to make all repairs to the tank exhaust. I highly recommend him for any and all future jobs that come up. He explained all of our options and answered any questions we had and made us feel extremely confident in electing to replace our 20 year old system. He was willing to repair the old system if we wanted to, but didn't make good sense to do so. Chris is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He also gave recommendations in purchasing the new system looking out for our best interests!

I called 24/7 Fix-It Pluming off of a web search to help us find a mystery leak. Scheduling an appointment was very easy to do. They dispatcher was very courteous and was able to answer all of my questions about scheduling, costs, etc. I was given a 20 minute courtesy call to let me know that the techs were inbound to the house. The dispatcher shared the name with the tech before they arrived so there were no surprises there. The vehicle was clearly marked with company information and both tech were very professional and friendly. They got right to work helping us find our leak(s). Bottom line, we found one of the leaks, the techs had great advice and information on how to proceed. We concluded the visit in just over an hour and there were no surprise costs. We knew there would be a visit fee that gets waived/rolled into if work is authorized. Unfortunately our leak is going to take some significant work and we didn't authorize that day so we can weigh our options. When it's time to get plumbers in on our project the first company we are calling is Fix-It 24/7. They were super easy to do business with. I called Fix-it 24/7 after hearing about them from the Dave Logan Rick Lewis show which I listen to every night on my way home from work. What caught my attention was that Rick had actually had them in him home, not just repeating a commercial for the radio show. Chris P. showed up on time. He was extremely thorough and had me follow along with him so that he could show me exactly what he was doing and what was wrong with my AC. He even took a video so that I could call my brother, then he talked to my brother as well, so that I felt confident in what I was understanding the problem to be. It was determined that I needed a new AC. He called one of the salesmen that came out as well and there was no hard sell, them didn't try to sell me a new furnace, they gave me all the options so that I could make an educated decision and I purchased a new AC unit. Our AC unit suddenly shut off, and Fix-It sent Jerel over right away. He was friendly, professional, and really knowledgeable, and he was able to quickly identify the problem. He took the time to explain everything and to answer all our questions, and he really put us at ease. Well, I didn't think it could get any better than my initial experience with Connor and Shane on June 28th and 29th, I was wrong. Brian Brady and Joe Zagyi came for the installation promptly at 9am. They had me when I answered the door and they were standing there ready to start with their pink shoe booties in hand! Perfectly Professional and Thoughtful! Brian took the lead and went through the installation expectations with us. The installation was perfect! The rerouting of pipes and water drainage was superb. It was tight, attached and visually appealing. Big difference from what had been done previously, that install was amateur compared to what Brian and Joe completed. They were quick. Brian installed a new breaker for us and without asking went through and corrected all the clocks from the loss of power during installation. They cleaned the laundry/furnace area perfectly (not a scrap of dust or dirt anywhere!) and even swept off the back porch because they were travelling back and forth from backyard to install area. I have never been so impressed by any install company as I am with Fix-it 24/7 and every employee, from initial phone contact to job completion. We had you replace our hot water tap today. Keith Sears was your, licensed plumber, that did the replacement. He did a excellent installation. In my opinion he is a excellent asset to your Company. He was very informative, explaining just what he was going to do, so we knew in advance what was happening.
We asked him several questions about maybe replacing our hot water heater at a later date. He went down and looked at it and gave us some options, greatly appreciated his views. Also he explained to us our questions about a tankless Water heater. He took the time to see all that would have to be done to install the tankless heater.
It was a pleasant experience having him do the installation.
I spent almost 45 years in the construction trades and I believe Keith was the very best plumber I have ever seen.
I am to old now to even try to do my own work, so having Keith live up to my high standards is very impressive. We will happily use your company and Keith again.
It’s great to know that there are businesses that still treat their customers in this manner.

We came home from work to find our AC out and 100 degree temp! Justin came out about 6:30 pm (when no other companies were available) quickly and aptly determined what the problem was, efficiently made the repairs, and we had cool air again in less than an hour! I'll give 2 stars bc they actually showed up very shortly after I called Saturday. I had requested a second opinion on my AC - if it was broken, and if so what do repairs look like and what's the option to replace if necessary.
The tech brought no equipment to diagnose anything. He basically looked at the AC and told me it's 9 years old, my house is my castle, and I should replace. He also told me it's builder grade, which makes no sense how he would know that to be fact. I had also told him the house is 13 years old. I think he assumed that bc I live in Stapleton I must be dumb and rich and ready to drop some dough.
The weirdest part was him spending the majority of the time actively trying to discredit the prior tech who had come by. He also informed me there is another "large company in the area" that is made up entirely of sex offenders.

Chris did a terrific job analyzing the problem with my air conditioner. He was one of the most personable technicians I've ever dealt with, yet he didn't spend too much time on idle chit chat; he moved the ball forward and engaged in personal conversation mostly only when we were waiting for another technician to arrive. He thoroughly explained his process and results. And he blew my expectations out of the water by even helping me move my futon to my downstairs neighbor's condo while we were waiting. We had never been able to use our A/C in our townhome, because ... it just didn't work. We found Fix-it 24/7 on Tom Martino's referral list website, and found that they had very good reviews. We contacted them, and Chris P. came out to inspect our system. Chris was extremely thorough in his inspection, and he insisted that we see what he was doing to diagnose the problem. The primary issue was that the coils for the A/C were extremely rusted. Chris never put the hard-sell on us, which impressed us tremendously. Today Cornor and Charles came to my house to fix the leaking dishwasher. They are friendly yet professional Cornor examined dishwasher and under sink. He immediately figured out the issues.Even after they fixed the issues they run dishwasher and water making sure no water leaked. They did their job more than perfect! Paul W. was very professional and thorough. He assisted with two issues of water leaking. One case was the exterior spigot and the other, a poorly sealed toilet. Paul was very detail oriented and was satisfied only when he had collected all the data to pinpoint he problems. Paul was courteous and cleaned up any of the areas he disturbed.
