Fix-It 24/7 recently came out to install a furnace electronic air filter and did a wonderful job. It's working beautifully and Dave, my tech, was very friendly and educational as he worked on my equipment. I also bought into their annual membership, which is well-worth the fee considering that it includes AC tune and clean, furnace/tune, and hot water tank, tune/clean. These should be done every year. I heard about this company through Tom Martino so decided to give them a call to clean my furnace. Well, the task was much bigger than I ever thought. The furnace was filthy! Roy came to flush our water heater. The price came with inspecting all plumbing, which I was pleasantly surprised. It took a long time to inspect every drain and pipe although it was very educational. Everything was fine however he let me know what to watch out for or when something needs to be replaced. When he was flushing the water heater, he noticed the rod inside was corroded and needed to be replaced. Again, he educated us why it needed to be done. My husband and I were not expecting this expense and he was generous on knocking some of the expense of the bill because I'm on disability and have a high amount of medical bills. He was friendly and kind. He had a lot of experience through his past job of Dever County Waste and Water Management. Seemingly, he left his job because he wanted to help the homeowner with their problem and to educate them. He had a of of stories regarding other homeowners how it connected with our problem or something that could happen. If I had anything to give for constructive criticism it would be that there were too many stories, which made the job take longer. Overall, I would highly recommend Roy for your plumbing job. Justin investigated what was wrong with our furnace. I knew for sure it needed to be cleaned. He showed me how dirty it was and how clean he got it and took before/after pictures to show my wife. He gave us an option to install a filter that would collect more dog hair and dust and make the furnace more efficient. Although, it was more money he explained throughly why in the long run we would save money. He was friendly, answered all our questions, and educated us about our furnace. He also helped us financially since my wife has a lot of medical bills. I will not hesitate to call Justin again! I urge you to request Justin. You will be pleasantly surprised. I have been impressed with the entire process with this company. From sales visit with Jared to repair visit with David. I was not pressured to replace a unit, instead a service visit was recommended. David explained everything very thoroughly from how the unit is supposed to work to what had gone wrong with it so that I was able to make the best decision. Spoke to Winter on the phone to set up my appointment. Nick was the Tech that came to the house. Aside from being a very nice guy, he did an amazing job cleaning and performing some needed maintenance on my older furnace. Super nice guy, super good job, EXCELLENT value!

My furnace was 35 years old. I lived in the house for 20 years and never had it tuned, cleaned or anything. It just kept working. I heard about a $39 deal special on the Tom Martino radio show to have it cleaned and checked. When I called I talked to Kourisa who was very pleasant to talk to and she was able to send someone the next day. I had a 2 hour window but they called when they were on their way.
Once Marshall and Nick showed up I knew immediately they were going to be cool to work with. Very professional and they knew what they were doing. Not to mention a good sense of humor.
I usually don't hang around but they were walking me through every step of the process. They showed me that when the furnace turned on a flame was shooting out near the front of the unit (which is the reason for the big bang noise I hear every time it turns on). Also, pointed out the flame was larger then it should be and more of an orange flame then a blue flame. They also ran a carbon monoxide test which showed I had a leak.
They continued to clean the unit and pulled out the fan. They pointed out how dirty it was so we went outside and they took it apart and cleaned it. Then they pulled the heat exchanger and noticed where it had pulled apart at the seems. In certain areas you could see inside of the exchanger (this is where the carbon monoxide was escaping from).
At first, I though that dang Tom Martino, I didn't want to spend this kind of money today especially being out of work at the time. I knew it was an issue and decided to finally get a new furnace. It was going to happen someday.
Jared came out and we settled on price and a finance option that helped out tremendously. The next day Joe and Jimmy came out and installed the new furnace. It was a tight fight and some modifications needed to be done to the pipes and vent connections but they had it done in about 3-4 hours. Just like Nick and Marshall Joe and Jimmy were very professional and personable.
I'm now a happy owner of a new furnace that works great. This will not only help insure my safety, but it makes my home more energy efficient and will increase the value of my home.
I called back a week later and talked to Cassie and Chelsea who were just as helpful. Nick was at my home the next morning and addressed my issues.
I would highly recommend this company.

After hearing a review on the Tom Martino troubleshooter show, I decided to call Fix-It 24/7, and request the special, which seemed too good to be true! A complete tune up , cleaning and tuning of my furnace, which is over 20 years old reduced from $139, to $39! What a great deal, I thought.
It only got better from there! When Andy came over to my home, he was the most thorough, and informed tech that I ever encountered. Taking pictures, before, and after, and cleaning, and adjusting all of the systems,( and rewiring an electric motor that had been replaced a few years ago, but wired, incorrectly) and with no pressure, he informed me that my furnace was in good working order, and didn't need any work at this time.
I am now a loyal customer, who will use Fix it 24/7, and especially request Andy anytime I need any work in the future.

Nick was fantastic. I felt super bad the fact he was working till 11:30. He was super patient about doing this for us. Our landlord was extremely unresponsive about our heater going out. She had told us that we could not have anything done that was over 150 without her consent. When nick got to our place did the diagnosis and said it would be more than we had to contact our landlord and she was not responding at all. Then after he had already installed the parts needed to fix our heater. She then responded and told us that we should tell him not to put it in AFTER it was already in. My 82 yr old Mother was having issues with her furnace, and I honestly did not know where to start. I heard an ad on Denver's KOA radio about this company with a different approach to their business. And it was totally spot on! I called and was treated so kindly and professionally. Dustin was scheduled to go to my Mother's and he was prompt and thoughtful as my Mom has no short term memory. He phoned me immediately after her furnace check up and explained everything completely. As my Mother is on a fixed income, Dustin told me about their payment plans and helped us through that the next morning and was able to complete the repairs immediately. I have the utmost respect for Dustin, and Fix-It 24/7 has a customer and recommendations for life. Dustin was truly a God Send. And the receptionist's I spoke with are terrific! Over the course of a couple of weeks I received a half dozen messages from Fix it 24/7 wanting to schedule an appointment to perform maintenance on my furnace. They told me that I had a credit for something around $50. I assumed it was from an overpayment on work that they had performed on my furnace a year before. Turns out the credit was fake. It was a ploy to get me to schedule an appointment for maintenance.
When the tech arrived to perform his maintenance he did not even have a new filter to replace the old one in the furnace. He advised that the igniter "looked weak" and should be replaced. I authorized it and he installed a new $388 igniter which I now doubt even needed to be replaced. Then he generously waived the $109 tune up charge along with the "credit bringing the cost for the service down from $497 to $330.
He then left closed up the furnace without a filter and left. I then discovered that the actual cost of the $388 part is about $27.
I then realized that the constant phone solicitations were not to return any type of credit due to me, rather they were just a scheme to get a tech into my house to try to sell me unneeded service.
I also discovered through Yelp and the BBB that I am not the only person who feels as though they were intentionally ripped off.
I called the company that day and told them what had occurred and asked for a refund. The secretary/answering service took notes and told me they would have the office manager return my call. That was over a week ago. Still no call.
Then the next morning I awoke to a cold house. I got the furnace to restart and later when I returned from work the furnace had stopped again. I replaced the new $388 part that the technician had installed with the old part furnace has been working fine ever since. After examining the part that he installed I discovered that it is the wrong igniter and not a replacement part for my model of furnace.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Fix-It 24/7 gave to our family. Our initial visit consisted of Andy diagnosing, cleaning, and servicing our furnace. He took the time to hear what we were experiencing and walked us through every step of the process in getting our system working like new. Andy was very personable and I would recommend him to anyone. While Andy was working on our furnace, I had a plumbing/electrical question. Andy called his Master Plumber Zach and asked him our question. He actually stopped his work to get something else done for us. Subsequently, we had Zach come to our house today and he gave us a complete rundown of the issue we had. He came up with a great resolution and didn't even charge us for coming out.
