Jerel came on time, told me everything he was doing and fixed our A/C without hesitation. He is knowledgeable and fixed what he came to fix. He also noticed our hot water heater was having a problem. I'm really grateful for that since we are going out of the country. He hooked me up with a plumber from their company. He went above and beyond. Very grateful for him. Great guy! I like this company very much, from the friendly voice on the voice phone to the excellent sevice provided by Keith. He is a genuine professional; very knowledgeable and effective and communication, cheerful and friendly, confident and efficient. He went the extra mile in providing everything necessary to complete the job without charging extra. I will definitely keep his card and call him again for any future plumbing needs. Daniel was here to do an a/c check and maintenance. He arrived on time, appeaance was good, (put the booties on to protect my carpet) and was detailed in his explanation of what he was going to do. As far as i know (I'm 80) he did clean the a/c unit and furnace. Since it was ridiculously low promotion price, I expected an upsell and got one. We heard about this company from the Tom Martino radio show. We called Wednesday night about a washer drain overflowing. Keith S. was at our home Thursday morning. He was prompt, friendly, respectable, knowledgable, and very efficient. He explained everything that he was doing and why. The problem ended up being more than just a plug in the drain and he used a camera through our line and showed us the problem. Unfortunately, he found a serious problem that had been developing for some time. After explaining the process of what needed to be done we didn't hesitate to set up our appointment for this work to be done. I had another contractor install a furnace and left us with a gas leak and were unwilling or unable to fix it. The employees I interacted with at Fix-It were courteous and professional. They are reasonably priced. They said they were going to be here at X time, and they were. The tech found a piece of gas pipe on our furnace that fell into his hands. It presented a clear life safety issue that the prior contractor missed. I'm grateful Fix-It's tech was so thorough. Chris came to clean and service my air conditioner and heater. For $40 per unit there was a special on KOA radio. I was lucky enough to get an appointment and I had both units cleaned AND FIXED (new motors in both) within a couple hours. Chris was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I've 3 appts. with Fix-it 24/7 and found them to be outstanding. I have seen a furnace cleaned as thoroughly as they did mine. They did NOT vacuum. They took the pieces out and washed them with a hose. Same with AC - took it apart. Found that my coils in the furnace are rusty and educated me as to why. I learned a lot from their workers. I heard about fix-it 24/7 on the radio and had them come out for furnace and AC inspection. I was soo pleased with their service that I scheduled an appointment to have my water heater drained and repair a faucet. Both Andy and Paul were very professional, explaining their process. I felt like I was in good hands with both of these technicians. The prices are just like they advertise and they don't try to sell anything you don't need.
