Stay away from FIX IT 24/7 heating as they are very expensive.. I called them as we had used Builders for many years and they took it over. We had an inducer fan repair on our furnace and were charged $1300 ( piece online was $300). An electrostatic filter charge was $1600. A similar on line filter was listed for $150. When I complained to the manager, his comment was “you agreed to the estimate”. I did at the time, not expecting the very large markups and expecting that our now defunct large electrostatic filter would be fully replaced, not with a simple filter that slid into the old box. Installation of both took less than 45 minutes. Definitely would not recommend them and should have been aware of other negative comments posted about them. Be aware!

This was one of the most scammy experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The technician quoted my wife $590 to fix a leaky faucet (which I could have replaced new for $280). On top of that he said he could only guarantee the work for at most 2 months (he “graciously” offered to extend it from his initial 1 month). This seriously felt like he was only here for the $40 trip charge. I will never ever call them again for anything.

very very bad. set my appointment 2 weeks ago and called the day before to confirm. that afternoon missed a call from your company and called back and reconfirmed that the appointment was still ok for Sat. Then 2 hours later your absolutely no good, unscrupulous, morally bankrupt, disorganized, inept company calls me and says there is someone who is more important than me and they need to cancel my appointment. What a thing to say to a customer. More important? Great customer service....you really know how to make a customer feel great. I don't know if it was Alexes or one of the other girls but really. I think that made me madder than you cancelling. Plus she was so insincere - making all the normal blah, blah, blah comments that are so typical of someone who really doesn't give a crap about you or your situation. Then did not even reschedule just said she would have someone call me when they were not so busy...OMG. I cannot even believe you guys are still in business. I went on the internet to give you a bad review but then I saw all the nasty comments people have already left about your company and I figured I didn't need to since it was already said numerous times. Did no one every teach you your word is paramount in business and keeping it is one of the top business rules. Apparently not. The only positive in all of this is that you did not come out because if this is the way you do business then I can imagine what kind of poor job you would do if you had come out. Enjoy screwing people over because when the economy takes a downturn you will be one of the first ones gone. That's what happens when you suck. You run out of people to screw over

I asked Gayle for a manager to contact me but Joel/ Joe in management was not interested in any customer service action. (neither was the sales rep Micah Mayberry. We had a completely disappointing experience with Fix it 24/7 who enthusiastically accepted $22,400 in payment but with no accountability for the multiple service and permit concerns. I'm a Realtor with Coldwell Banker and I plan to send a email blast to warn our statewide Colorado realtor team about your company. This was completely avoidable if management had taken time to address ongoing installation and permit failures rather than hiding behind the accounting department and avoiding my concerns.

24/7 called to reschedule appointment that I took vacation days to be here for. Called 3 weeks prior to service appointment and they cancelled both a furnace cleaning appointment on one day and a water heater flush on another day. They did the same thing to me last year so this is not a one time deal! I subscribe to their monthly program and feel it is not worth doing! Last year when they did furnace cleaning they were anxious to sell me a new igniter but did not bother to clean flame sensor. Broke down in January and they told me they needed to charge me a service charge to come back out and check it. I cleaned it myself and got it to work properly. Poor customer service and obviously poor furnace preparation for winter months. I do not recommend this company

Called 3 weeks ago to schedule service on both furnace and water heater. Have to schedule service on separate days as they say they cannot do both services on the same day. I have subscribed to their service plan for the last few years but no more. Took vacation days off to have service done and they called and cancelled both appointments on 2 separate days. They did the same thing last year and I should have cancelled at that point. They did reschedule last year and came out and performed both services. In January furnace not acting right. It is a fairly new furnace. Called fix it 24/7 and they said they would have to charge me a service charge to take a look. I cleaned the flame sensor myself(something tech should have done during the first service call). Furnace worked fine after that. They up sell you on parts probably not needed in the first place even though they say they do not do that. Poor customer service and field service work. Cancelled my service agreement. Once is forgivable that is the reason I continued to use them. Twice is just bad service.

Very friendly and professional. Is considerate of the customers happiness. Was more concerned about getting heat for us (today) during the first snow storm of the season then he was about pushing us to get more services/spend more money... my unit is an older model and therefore is not something that normally they have Parts on the van for, however he grabbed a few of the parts just in case he needed them, so he came prepared. Because he was prepared this saved us a lot more money in the end. My unit needed a new ignitor and he was quick to find the problem and replace it.

I called to schedule an appointment and Chelsea was able to get us in the next day. The technician, Connor Brady showed up on time and did a great job. He was able to unclog the shower drain in no time. He also showed us what to do to prevent the issue from happening again. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He has a great work ethic. Fix-It 24/7 is very lucky to have Connor as one of their technicians. If we are ever in need of Fix-It's help again, we will request Connor for sure. Keith S came out to discuss various plumbing issues and once again received top class service. He did some additional repairs to my toilet at no charge. Again came out over the weekend. Thank you Keith for your help and amazing above and beyond service. Very knowledgeable and no pressure to purchase anything or affect repairs that I know need to be done but cannot afford at this time. I will continue to use this company for all my plumbing, heat and electrical work. Adding to my post. I had plumbing problems-my toilet and a leak under my sink. Eddie was amazing knowledgeable and gave me all my options. He came out on Sunday to fix the sink. Am beyond happy with the service provided by this company. Thank you Eddie and Kayla. Very professional and exactly as advertised. My AC went out over the weekend. A few hours after I called a technician Shane arrived and spent over an hour testing both the furnace and AC. Unfortunately my AC could not be repaired. Shane scheduled an appointment the following morning with Ben who went over all my options and financing. The installation of both AC and furnace was started the same day. Nick and King who installed the equipment were amazing and did an excellent job. Made an appointment late last night, and got a call at 8:30am saying the technician was making his way over momentarily. Out technician, Shane M, was extremely patient with my GF and I's slowness to respond while laying in bed, and not hearing his initial knocks/rings at the door. He greeted us w/ a big smile, and I did my best to return it as I'm not a morning person. He made sure to put his disposable booties on before even stepping a foot into the house, despite that it was totally unnecessary as we'd been total slobs around the house for the last few days. I told him what the issues were (loud, intermittent noises in the wall that stopped immediately when the furnace was shut off, and lackluster AC performance), and he was happy to wait around to hear the noises. We talked about life, love, and the current HVAC repair scene in Denver over a couple glass of ice water while biding our time for the inevitable screeching. After about 5min, where the discussion never took a dull turn, the noise finally started. He immediately had a strong hunch, and ran (to be fair, not a full on sprint - he moved w/ purpose throughout the entirety of the project unlike most in-home repair techs I've experienced, though) out to the car to grab all the supplies he needed. His hunch turned out to be spot-on, and a short time later I finally felt the sweet breeze of the AC flowing better than it's been all summer. Bless your soul, Shane. As someone who works from home, you've increased my productivity by at least 5%, and everyone I will need to make remote video conference calls to today thanks you as well. This is our third time using Fix-it 24/7. After a number of straightforward, fairly-billed, and EXTREMELY quick to book/complete experiences w/ knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful techs I believe this review was in order. Would definitely recommend to any friends, family, or even enemies if they were having issues. Everyone deserves well-conditioned air.

I needed to get my furnace cleaned so I hired Fix-it 24/7 to come out. I didn't think there would be much to it because I had done it a few years before. Wow was I wrong! Dave N came out and took a lot of time just to explain what he was seeing, why there could be long-term problems if I left some of the areas unaddressed, and it was all reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend them again, especially Dave N!

When the tech showed up he recommended a replacement circuit board. He quoted $900.00. Circuit boards run $77.00- 119.00. must have ordered the gold plated version. Then he told me the unit was leaking carbon monoxide and I needed to replace the unit or move out of the house. No mention of calling the fire department or getting out of the house asap. I would not recommend this company. Their main effort centered around selling me a new unit through scare tactics. Really disappointing to find this type of behavior in local businesses.

Our experience with Fix-it's service person Jerel was excellent!! He was prompt, friendly, diagnosed the problem in a timely manner, went over our different options, and was able to "save the day" by fixing our A/C and it didn't even cost an arm and leg. He was able to knowledgeably answer our questions and was able to resolve a very hot stressful situation for our family. If we owned our own business, we would be happy to have him as an employee. Had a relay issue on a ceiling fan after the electricity went out. Pablo was great, knew what he was doing and was on time. He was efficient at the job and got it done and working again in a reasonable amount of time. We discussed other alternatives and I chose to add more protection to our electrical system.

Our tech was really sweet and helped us fix our problem. He also pointed out some issues that might cause a problem in the future. Unfortunately they don't wear booties like other companies do. We are still trying to get the trail of grease stains out of the carpet. :( So if they come to your house, make sure you either make them take off their shoes, or lay towels or something down to protect the floors.

We had Chris out to inspect and do a tune up on our HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable about the system and explained everything that he was doing very thoroughly. Chris P. is a great technician and you can tell he enjoys what he does, and that he enjoys helping people. Very good guy to work with, and would definitely have him and Fix-it 24/7 out to do work again!
