Just bought my home several months ago..my cooling system was not functioning...saw a Fix-It 24/7 van at my neighbors..called them and they came out the next day..Brian Brady was very professional when he came to install my heater and cooling system...very nice and polite young man...considering my work was being done on Monday Labor Day..he stood here until all work was completed..I would recommend this company to everyone..once again Thanks Brian... All in all a good experience. Nick seemed to know his stuff and was very good in communicating what the problem was with my water tank and throughly explained what he needed to do to get it back to functioning 100%. When our 10-year-old A/C unit went out recently, Fix-it 24/7 came to the rescue. Initially, their technician Son Van came out the same day we called and was very helpful diagnosing what was wrong and recharging the coolant in the system, but he suspected there were leaks inside the coil that couldn't be repaired, so he also quoted a complete replacement. After a day with the recharged system, it was still not cooling, so we called back and asked about scheduling the full replacement of our A/C system. They said they could do it the very next day! I was amazed! Every other place I'd called couldn't even come out for a consultation for 3 or 4 days. On top of that, we also decided to replace the furnace system as well, since it was of similar age and wear as the A/C system. Again, they had no problems including that effort in the work scheduled for the next day. When they arrived for the replacement, they were again courteous and professional. Their technician Son Van arrived with the president of the company, Dr. Dirk Schmidt to get the job done as quickly as possible. After the new A/C and furnace were installed in just a couple of hours (impressive for how much work that is), there was an issue with the thermostat wiring that Son spent a good amount of time tracking down, and eventually solved. That took some clever trouble shooting and effort above and beyond the norm. My family and I really appreciated the caliber of work Fix-it 24/7 put into the job on such short notice. Our air conditioning went out on Saturday night and we had guests coming to stay Sunday night. We called first thing Sunday morning and Son Van called back quickly. My air conditioning went out on Sunday and I called to make an appointment on Monday morning. Thankfully, they were able to fit me in the next morning. The service man, Son Van, called about 20 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was almost here. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and was happy to explain what happened. It was the starting capacitor and he was able to not only fix the issue, but also checked the system for other issues and was done in 20 minutes. I mentioned my neighbor was also having an issue and he went over to check on them as well. They had the same issue and he was able to get them up and running just as quickly.
