Today Joe and Jimmy came to install our furnace. Our furnace was 34 years old and time to replace. They looked pretty young and I wondered if they'd do an adequate job. After a couple hours they had our new furnace installed and working well. They were very professional as they worked. I was upstairs the whole time and heard banging and sawing going on. When about done, Joe came up to install new thermostat. Competently explained operation of the thermostat and then showed me the new furnace and what they did to fit it into the space of the old one. He and Jimmy cleaned the area well and were on their way. Very happy with the installation as well as instructions, tips and additional info to look out for or be aware of . Excellent job! We have had to call Fix It for 2 different services in the last week and they have been absolutely fantastic! Last week we had to have our furnace replaced - yikes! - and Justin, and the GM Brian, came out to take a look. They were AWESOME. Everything was quoted up front, they were able to get a crew out the next day, they were super knowledgeable and professional, compassionate and friendly. The crew they sent out, Brian B and Matt M, were also wonderful, and efficient - they were done in about 3 hours. Then this week, we had to get our furnace up to code, and Zach H. was on it! Again, costs all up front, super knowledgeable and professional, and, come to find out, he lives in my neighborhood, so he is super familiar with this builder on my home. Thanks so much Fix It/24-7. I have several rental properties in Brighton and have used Fix-It 24/7 for different services. Yesterday was for a furnace tune-up of my rentals and personal residence. Chris was a pleasure to work with, smart and ethical. During the routine tune-up of my furnace's Chris found that one was not performing, he showed me exactly what the problem was. After tuning the 4 additional furnaces he traveled from Brighton to Denver to get the needed part, he was there until 8 p.m. to finish the job. I have his card so the next time I need to call for help with something I will request Chris Brown. I would suggest the others who have had a negative experience do the same. Chris B. 11/01/17 |

Zach H. just flushed my hot water heater and installed a water softener for me. He has the best customer service! He is very polite and easy to talk to. He explained what a water softener would do to help with my hard water situation (we have horrible water here!), and how the softener would help the life of all of my appliances. Had inspection with the City. Said needed to have a sensor/safety switch installed. Chris P came out that day and installed the switch.. He remended I have an air scrubber installed as it would benefit the furnace and A/C. He showed me a video on how it works and he had one on the truck.. I went ahead with the install.. First if all...Tara was very pleasant and professional and quickly took care of my request! THEN, Chris B. showed up and provided what I am claiming to be the very best customer service I have ever experienced. He was polite, respectful, professional AND you could see and hear his passion and commitment to his job. He explained to me every step of the way how things work or was suppose to work. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I am sure he wanted to get home to his family but again, he took the time to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I said Chris, you're the best I've seen and I told him I wanted to give him a hug but I stopped myself because I said, "that would be too weird!" But he deserves a pat on the back, a hug and the recognition that he is an outstanding person and service person. I expected a $100 bill for a cleaning and tuneup, I ended up with a bill for $770 and a return trip to finish the job at a cost of another $450, Fix It never showed up for the scheduled return trip. Also I felt forced to sign the annual maintenance agreement and the job is not yet done. The person on the phone was great, as was the Tech; still not sure if I was hustled or not. 10/15/17 |

Was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. But gave minimal effort in resolving the issue almost as if he wanted me to buy a brand new toilet instead of helping to troubleshoot the issue. Once he left I got the stuck toy out of the toilet and fixed it myself. Not sure what I spent $288.00 on? As a regular customer for job home and 2 businesses I was disappointed and felt as if my needs were not a priority. 10/13/17 |

Awful... Intimidating.... Outrageous. Most disrespectful service I've ever been in contact with. Quoted over 1100.00 in repair costs. All that was needed was a good cleaning. Did it myself. Charged the 89.00 service call and was told by the scheduler that the 47.00 discount would apply. Paid the fee and showed the service guy out. This Company is absolutely "Worthless" in Customer Service!! Their Operators that answer phones don't have a clue. Brian. B was an excellent Installer but terrible at getting back to us concerning required permits for HVAC installation. Matt. M never called or came by to inspect the work as he said he would. Tech told me I needed a new blower motor. Said it would cost me $883. I priced blower motors online and the most expensive one I found was $120. I don't see how your company is trying to make a 800% mark up. The plumbing service from FixIt 24/7 met all of my expectations. They re-plumbed and replaced an outdoor spigot, silcock that now makes it easier to maintain, and especially drain during the winter cold months. Gerry was very professional, gave a number of alternatives, pros and cons, to help me decide which solution to go with. They kept the workplace clean and provided input on how I can go about covering up the holes cut out in the dry wall ceiling that were necessary for the plumbing work. My husband and I just bought our first home. We called Fix-It 24/7 to check out our leaky boiler. Gerry came out to replace the piping and switch out the outdated hot water heater for a new side-arm, which is much more efficient. He went over everything he did afterward, and what we should expect (bubbling sounds in the pipes) and not expect (leaks around the boiler). He also gave us his honest input on whether or not to install a water softening system. Gerry is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. He's very smart and good at what he does. The first thing we liked was that the tech was able to come earlier than scheduled. The second part was that both the tech and his boss explained and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and made sure we understood what we were getting. Very professional dispatchers and service techs. I felt like I had to really had to be firm about their flat rate- dispatcher told me $89 but the front page of their website says $49, they did honor the rate but they need to update website. Overall very clear pricing though, when the technician arrives to your home he asses the issue and prices you out on a tier base that clearly states what jobs fall under each tier. Gerry was very clear about what he thought was going on with our drains and what needed to happen, showed us the cost before he started working. He gave us some great tips and tricks or "education" so to say on how to keep our drains clean and clear. Gerry had another tech, Daniel with him who also gave us wonderful information.
